The second time we stayed at this apartment and we were extremely pleased with everything. Super airy apartment with huge private balcony, super favorable for our Pets leisure area. It is noteworthy that hosts respond quickly, online, and are always available for any questions and are super polite. The location is perfect. We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The place is Amazing. The house has several rooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The playground was a great success with the children, and everyone took advantage of the barbecue space for meals and enjoy good times together. The house offers a perfect environment for bringing family and friends together, and without a doubt, we will come back more often.

Communication with Tainá has always been very fast, it helped us with everything we need. The place is spacious, cozy. In the description you are already informing that you need to bring bed/bath linen. We took everything and it was good. The garage is for one car, but we left another one on the street every day and we had no problem or concern.

Cozy place and according to the pictures. All organized and clean. Perfect for spending a few days with family. Homemade explained everything straight and very attentive. For sure we intend to return, my family and I like it very much.

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

Chayene's place was great! We spent 2 months there and were very comfortable. We cooked most nights but there are some great restaurants. There are a few walkable options for groceries. Every time we needed something Chayene was responsive and attentive. The neighborhood is good and safe and we felt secure in the building that has a 24 hour security guard who were all friendly. The place was a great value and we would definitely stay there again.

The building is very quiet, they love pets, which for us is a big plus. The apartment is close to everything, worth a walk in the area. Shops, restaurants, bakeries, squares, all very good in Serra Negra. We recommend it and will definitely be back soon.
