This was exactly what we were looking for--it was equal distant from vineyard haven and oaks bluff, right along the bus route. We ended up renting bikes and biking to and from different towns, which was amazing. Theda was extremely responsive and even let us check in and out when we needed. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in town!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our son’s at VT, this was our 2nd time staying here. Great location and place is comfortable and easy to get to.

The room was very comfort and clean. We could not have asked for anything. There was water in the fridge, Belvita breakfast bars, coffee, etc. all ready for us. I would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

Perfect location to spend time with dear friend who was celebrating a milestone birthday. We were able to visit many Albuquerque museums, Old Town and hike some beautiful areas.

Pam was a wonderful host, phenomenal communicator and genuinely friendly. Her home was exactly as described, pristinely clean, quiet and very comfortable. Her breakfast amenities are quite thoughtful. We will stay again.

Great communication. The refrigerator was stocked with a few items for the morning. Coffee was provided. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Directly across the street from Fairfield U. Some good local places nearby. Convenient to the train.

Ruth’s place, has every necessity and more. Lots of coffee, kitchen supplies, towels, etc…. Comfortable bed with lovely cotton sheets and duvet. Great selection of TV channels, and excellent wifi. Great for a single person or couple. Ruth lives above, and was ready to greet us and help us if we needed. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, tuxedo and polo park.

Wendy is a friendly and welcoming host. She kindly let me use her washing machine, let me check out late and went out of her way to recommend local restaurants and events. It's a quiet street near the creek with lots of birds and rabbits. It's walkable to campus and (just about) to NCAR and Chautauqua for hikes. Easy to get the bus to Denver and the airport also. The bedroom is a good size and has a table and chairs. The lounge is on the smaller side and the kitchen facilities are more for quick microwave meals rather than full on cooking, but it's perfect as a base for exploring and for such a fair price it would be unreasonable to expect more. There's also a handy coffee machine and a good selection of tea bags. The linen was spotless. Overall it's a brilliant option for solo travellers or couples and I hope to return in the future.

Spent the night with a friend and my son had a lovely time. pool was well kept and warm. sauna and alpacas made the stay extra magical. host is excellent with communication. would recommend.

Melissa’s place was absolutely perfect for a long weekend getaway! It was conveniently located from all our favorite spots including downtown Southport, Caswell Beach, and only about 30 minutes to Wilmington! The fact that we were able to bring our puppy, Lilo, was such an added bonus! The place was so accommodating, cozy and clean! I absolutely recommend this place and hope to be back again, myself!

First of all - this is the MOST comfortable bed!!! Very roomy and homey feeling. Quiet neighborhood. Marty was pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Stayed for one night while visiting over the weekend. Veronica’s place was VERY clean. Everything was set up perfectly. Nice lighting with a lot of options for settings. Loved the big windows. Very nicely decorated. Would stay here again!

This place feels like home—cozy, well-stocked, clean and set in a quiet neighborhood. When they say “private,” they mean it: no cameras, no constant surveillance, which is a relief when traveling with kids. Don’t let any mention of noise turn you away—I didn’t hear a thing. Honestly, I was more worried they’d hear my loud kids, but there were no complaints. The family is friendly and welcoming. And the patio at sunset? Perfect. Nice quiet place in quiet area. Easy to get around

Perfect place to post up to board at Steamboat for a few days. Right near the main little shopping strip, and a 10 min drive to the free parking.

We felt right at home and the light was on when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was very clean and warm. As described and good coffee downtown.

Stayed here for 2 nights to explore the Great Sand Dunes and the quiet little town of Alamosa. Mary is so responsive and very friendly! It's close (walkable) to most restaurants in Alamosa and 30 minutes to the Great Sand Dunes. The house has a couple parking spaces, full kitchen, washer/dryer and is pet friendly! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment with local amenities within walking distance. The rental was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Be patient with parking as the entrance is small.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. We loved our shorts that thanks for having us.
