Loved staying in this unique house with my family! The mountain roads to get there could be a little intimidating for someone who has never really driven in the mountains before (I’m originally from FL), but you can adapt quickly. The bed upstairs was ridiculously comfortable, the house was clean, the area was very peaceful/quiet, and you’re fairly close to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Firehouse. The house and location were so unique and the views were beautiful. Chris and his family provide many essential household items plus extras. Our daughters (ages 2 & 4) had a great time playing with the board games in the living room and climbing up the ladder to the loft in the bedroom. In the morning, my wife and I enjoyed coffee on the patio while the kids played with the provided outdoor toys on the lawn. They also loved taking walks to see the "baby Christmas trees." During the day we visited Knoebels Amusement Park (only a 20 minutes drive from the Firehouse). In the evening we enjoyed roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. We can't wait to return!

We are so thankful to Jason and his family for sharing their special place with us. We immediately felt right at home and had more than enough room for all 3 adults. We were immediately blown away with the breathtaking river right in the front yard! We never saw anyone else on the river the whole trip so it felt like we had it all to ourselves too. We started our day listening to the river while drinking coffee on their beautiful deck. And, then later in the day, we enjoyed tubing down the river, leaving from a nearby bridge and ending the trip back at the property. I have a service dog, named Charlie, that did everything with us too (including floating down the river) and I think he enjoyed it as much, or more, than we did too. We wish we had made the trip a little longer because we never got a chance to use the hot tub on the deck, or the fire pit, etc. We hope Jason’s family will have us again because we’re already dreaming about coming back again next summer!

Lugar perfeito, superou minhas expectativas. Vista deslumbrante, não tem como não se apaixonar. Ótima localização, próximo da praia, restaurantes nas proximidades a mais ou menos 10 minutos. Eu amei, mas pra quem é medrosa como eu vale ressaltar que aparece algumas lagartixas e eu tenho pavor. rsrsrsrs…

We were looking for waterfalls and hiking. Phil's place was in the perfect location to find numerous opportunities for both. The cabin itself was well outfitted, comfortable and spacious for the four of us. Loved the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Phil and Tracy were very responsive and great with communication both before and during our stay. It was cold for a June date and we had an issue with the furnace. Phil and Tracy were so helpful even to the point of coming to check it and getting a repairman there in short order.

Ann was extremely communicative & sent me a text the evening before our arrival. The home was easy to find & more beautiful in person than the photos could capture! It was stocked with toiletries & kitchen staples. The property is on its own small beach & it’s about a 1 mile walk on the ATV trail across the hwy to Fika coffee. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding on the back country roads & trails. This property is dog friendly, as well, which really makes it a gem in our opinion!

What a dreamy place to stay! We loved it. So stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully laid-out. Every detail was considered. The views are incredibly beautiful, the host is so responsive and considerate and it is just so comfortable. We loved the amazing windows and surrounding forestry. Near to Alice’s Coffee which was scrumptious and a nearby mini-horse farm. Bird watcher’s paradise. We loved our stay and would happily return and for longer. Obsessed with the decor!

We had a great stay at Geoffrey's! the view was so beautiful but it was the architectural details that really stood out. everything had a place and was very well designed. very comfortable beds and we were provided some great coffee for the morning! looking forward to visiting the is beautiful spot again!

This was a great place to stay! We visited with our 1.5 year old and our golden retriever, and we have no complaints! Our entire stay was very baby and dog friendly! You are walking distance from a beach and kid-friendly park. You are also a quick drive or bike away from down-town shops and more beaches. The location itself has a nice privacy fence, so we felt safe with our toddler and it was more private compared to comparable places nearby. There were dog treats and a dog bowl ready for our doggo as well, which was much appreciated. Would recommend!

Chyenne's Chalet was the most charming and thoughtfully crafted place we've stayed at on our many trips to the Santa Rosa Beach area. The entire home and property has so much character. The amenities available at Chyenne's place offer endless opportunities to create so many beautiful memories. The private dock with kayaks and three outdoor deck levels with so many fun things to do at the house was by far the best part of staying here. It was just so peaceful and relaxing yet close to all of the action. Beds were comfortable and the master bath was gorgeous! I would have been happy just hanging out at the Chalet the entire time. It was awesome and would love to go back and stay there again.

This place was absolutely awesome! We had a group of 10 girls and all fit very comfortably in the house. Everything was super clean and tidy! The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were very clean too. Parking was super easy, we had a couple girls park at the pool listed and had no issues. Overall highly recommend for a group of 10!

The cabin was lovely, comfortable, equipped with modern appliances, and it was easy to reach. 4 persons can stay comfortably, although we were only 2 occupants over the weekend. We could bring along our dog, who enjoyed running around in the garden. The view over the valley is absolutely spectacular. The balcony is large and one can sip a nice cup of coffee or an evening drink enjoying the view. The cabin is located about 30 mins. from Charlottesville and from other attractions, like Monticello. There are also plenty of breweries and wineries in the area, so you can make short excursions during the AM or PM and return to enjoy the rest of the time at the cabin.

Danielle and Ben were excellent hosts and their guide was really helpful and informative for us who had never been to Vermont or the area! We really enjoyed spending time in the location and it was only made better by returning to their beautiful and peaceful home. The place is even better than the pictures, everything was exactly as described, and we had plenty of spaces to choose from for alone time and gathering time with our group. Danielle and Ben remained communicative throughout and proactive with info we needed for check-in. We will certainly be back to Vermont and we know exactly the place to go for the most elevated and serene experience possible. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend at Edward’s place in the Catskills. The home is an architectural gem—beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly immersed in nature. It’s in a great location near restaurants and hiking, and also worked really well for a remote work day. Edward was incredibly helpful and responsive, and our whole family—from kids to grandparents—had a fantastic time.

This was a great place for our families’ vacation. Though the road was REALLY steep, it was worth it. Ben was friendly and responsive and the kitchen was well equipped. There were nice little touches everywhere that made our stay enjoyable and special. I highly recommend it.

Great location with easy access to the lake. The cabin was beautiful with everything we could possibly need. It was a great place to stay with our kids.

Our stay was awesome and we enjoyed 2 peaceful days in Empire! Andrew was amazing and very responsive! We had a great time!! Thank you so much for making it possible for us to get away for a few days!

Séjour génial à Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval ! Le chalet est splendide, propre, avec une déco soignée, je me suis instantanément senti bien dans ce lieu. Le spa est génial, le sauna aussi, et le lieu est tout simplement dingue. On a adoré le lac et la promenade privative, un vrai petit coin de paradis. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Merci !

Truly a beautiful spot in Santa Cruz with all the amenities. The entire home was very clean and modern with beautiful art. CECAP and Johanna's herbals were our favorite places in town. We also loved going down to Isla Verde for cocktails and cards before making dinner in our well appointed kitchen. The views were also spectacular from this home. We highly recommend it!

We loved Carrie's place on the lake! Highlights were camp fires, fishing, meals on the deck and family time. I did bring food, and supplemented a few things from the DG Market for our group of 8. Thanks Carrie!

What an absolutely spectacular place. We had a perfect stay with four adults and two kids (4 and 8). These hosts have thought of everything! We'd love to come back again.

Au-delà de nos attentes. Aucun détail n'est laissé au hasard. Tout a l'air neuf et propre. On ne voit pas et on n'entend pas les voisins. Le chalet est très fonctionnel.

What a beautiful, peaceful place. My wife and were looking for a quick getaway/workcation, and this was the perfect spot for it. Everything we needed in a cozy, comfortable cabin-y spot. Being on the river and enjoying the falls nearby was especially great. The house is great, and very comfortable all-around. We're looking forward to coming back and enjoying in different seasons. The host was great and communication had everything we needed.
