Friendly luxury holiday home Ameland 2-8P (new)

Beautiful atmospheric thatched 8-person holiday home with air conditioning throughout, a nice fireplace, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with sauna and bubble bath. There is a lovely spacious enclosed garden with lounge set, sun loungers, garden furniture and bbq. There is a lovely play lawn for the children, and there are many bunnies walking around. Experience Ameland at its best. Our house and the entire interior were completely renovated in November 2021. The house is a semi-detached house.

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Eén met extra groot bed en slaapkamer met compact 2 persoonsbed en 1 persoonsbed. Een privé patio met eetset en loungebank waar u heerlijk kunt relaxen.... Een ideale uitvalsbasis om te ontspannen!

Rolstoel toegankelijke grote hal ,ruime woonkamer ,grote slaapkamers , waarvan twee op de begane grond. ja, alles is mooi en schoon. Daarbij een adembenemend uitzicht op een eiland met zon, zee en strand. In het huis is een open haard, vaatwasser, magnetron , oven en twee toiletten en een badkamer. De lakenpakketten, ook voor het kinderbedje, en de bad en keuken doeken liggen klaar.
