Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Amberg-Sulzbach

Beautiful accommodation in a historic cottage with lots of flair, great renovated and super cozily furnished. Top location in a small, quiet alley; bakery, restaurants, the recommended beer museum and a large, free parking is still only a few minutes walk away. We felt very comfortable here and will be happy to recommend the house of Kerstin and Robert in their circle of friends.

We spent an extended weekend there for the 5th. We received all the information in advance and spontaneous changes were also responded to in a friendly and immediate manner. The place was spotlessly clean, everything from aluminum foil to hand mixer and plenty of towels available. We lacked nothing! Beautiful decor and quiet location are added. Many thanks to Judith and Jürgen for the great days! We look forward to seeing you again. A clear recommendation to everyone.

We were there for the second time and we enjoyed it very much again. The location is quiet and the property is huge. The houses are well equipped. The sauna and hot tub invite you to relax! We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice few days at Gabi's house. It is quietly situated off the road on a rock above Egloffstein. Everything we needed for our stay was available, the kitchen was equipped so that we could cook. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility. The communication with Gabi was very friendly and she responded to our very short-term request within a short time. Gabi is a wonderful host! We will be happy to come back.

Wonderful house! Convenient location: just a 10-minute walk to the nearest tram stop—the tram takes you to both the train station and the city center. There’s an Edeka store nearby, making grocery shopping quick and easy. Inside, there are two spacious rooms where it’s easy to set up a workspace: I found it comfortable to work in the evenings. The lovely garden offers fresh air and relaxation after a busy day, and a friendly neighborhood cat wanders by, creating a homely atmosphere. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend this house for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

A nice cottage with a large terrace and a nice garden. There is everything you need. The nearby canal invites you to take wonderful walks in nature. We explored the Schwarzachklamm, the Sophienquelle and the Happurger Stausee. We and our dog enjoyed it very much. Exactly the rest and relaxation we were looking for. Thanks also to Viktor for the great communication.

Everything was as described, spacious house, well-maintained and clean! Very suitable for a family reunion. Playground right next door, sports field within walking distance. Contact with Jens and Lena was very nice and straightforward! We'd love to come back!

We stayed in the apartment as a family with two children and had four wonderful days. The apartment is cozy, the garden is magical and you are in a few minutes' walk in the forest or at the idyllic Fichtelsee. Michael and his wife were wonderful, very nice and open hosts. The children especially loved cat Bärle. We definitely recommend Michael's place.

The apartment is very nicely located, surrounded by greenery just outside Bayreuth. From there, you can walk directly into the countryside. Bayreuth is quickly accessible by car. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, very clean and you can find everything you need. A beautiful, very large terrace with awnings invites you to sit outside in the warm season. The key handover via safe worked out great and Michaela later welcomed us in a friendly manner and offered us help and support for every case. It was a very nice stay there and we will definitely be back. I can very well imagine a longer vacation.

We had booked both apartments to walk the 5 Seidla Steig. Christine was there herself for a short time and was able to give us tips. Very pleasant and easy going👍🏼. The apartment probably newly renovated, bright, clean and nicely furnished. You could move in right away. Top kitchen and amenities. Great view and large balcony. Even with climbing wall that we also tested. The price is unbeatable compared to surrounding pensions. This was also one of the few ways to accommodate our friend group with 10 people together in the area. Now even 12 people are leaving. We were all able to have breakfast together, as there are large tables, enough space and also enough dishes. It was just great and everyone enjoyed it. If we go hiking there again, we will be happy to come back. Thank you very much Christine

We booked the place for relaxing and for that it was perfect. The fire place gave a nice atmosphere to the evening and the hammock was nice for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

In a nutshell: "A little paradise!" Wonderful! I immediately felt at home. Very nice hosts! Highly recommended. Always happy to come back when I'm in the area!

We were able to spend some nice and relaxing days in Franconian Switzerland with our baby. Thomas and Elli's apartment was a good starting point for tours with the stroller in the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We found the village location very pleasant. The two are very friendly hosts and had one or two helpful tips ready for us.

We stayed as a family with 9 adults and 2 babies over the 1st May weekend in the beautiful getaway oasis in Freystadt. The place is very nicely decorated exactly as described on the pictures and has had a lot of space for everyone. The highlight was the large beautiful garden and the quiet idyllic ambiance in the beautiful weather. The Norys family was very nice and responded directly to all questions quickly and easily. An all-round beautiful getaway in a very nice accommodation that we are happy to use again for the next planned families.

The house is beautiful, very spacious and is in the middle of a tiny village. The outdoor area is great and very well maintained. The barbecue area is great. 🫶🏻 In the house there are screens on the windows👍🏼, many toilets, many bedrooms, a lot of beds😃, two kitchens, two living rooms and an extra children's corner with toys. 🥰 The large table in the lower kitchen can accommodate everyone. 🙂 Very pleasant that soap is 🧼 available everywhere. There was also a basic set of coffee, filters, sugar and salt. We couldn't find matches only. So you should bring it with you if you want to make a fire. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We were extremely satisfied with our small hiking group in Oliver's house over the 1st May weekend and with our choice. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there is enough space to enjoy some undisturbed tranquility. In addition to the roles of spending time in the house (sauna, pool, garden), you can also reach many great hiking routes right outside the front door or from the nearby train station. There are also shops in the nearby area, as well as the opportunity to stop. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly knock on Oliver's door again if we come back to the area.

Sinisa was very accommodating and extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants and shops. His house is beautiful and perfect for families or couples. Very clean, well presented and open plan which is exactly what we were looking for. Great host and great property.

Spacious accommodation with a beautiful outdoor area. Ideal for large groups, especially during the warmer months. The property offers many amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen, garage, BBQ, ping pong table, and board games. It felt more like a real home than an airb&b. Stephan was also fair and promptly reimbursed any house-related expenses we incurred.

Very nice place, super equipped. Unfortunately, the heaters were off (early April) and were only turned on when requested. The parking situation in front of the accommodation is not so optimal, you have to park further away & then drag your luggage up. Great for larger groups.
