Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

The apartment was very comfortable and full of details that make the stay more enjoyable. We loved finding those little things that I don't want to buy for a week, but that are really useful and necessary. Everything was immaculately clean, and the tranquility of the place was perfect for rest. The pool area with hammocks was very well cared for, although we don't use it much due to bad weather, but on sunny days it should be ideal. From the apartment you can walk to Los Abrigos, a charming place, and you have nearby beaches such as La Tejita and El Médano, perfect for enjoying the sea. Although there is no parking right in front of the development, we had no problem finding a spot for the car nearby, so it was not an inconvenience. In the surroundings there are several leisure areas, mainly bars and restaurants, which offer many options for dining and a good time. The host was very nice

Ilona is an incredibly friendly host, because of the useful instructions we were also able to get to the apartment with a quiet feeling. Also very satisfied about the apartment, it was very neat and the area was wonderfully quiet. Definitely recommended. 😊 Enjoyed!

Luc and Lucinda's place is a little heaven on earth. The views are incredible and the accommodation is extremely comfortable, carefully furnished and tastefully decorated. Luc and Lucinda are very kind and attentive to ensure that guests have a perfect stay. We loved our stay and would recommend this place to everyone!

I don't know what was better: the perfectly tidy and super cozy apartment... or the friendliness of the couple who rented it to me! Maybe the winning mix of both. Clean house, convenient location, everything working – practically a dream!! The guys? Kind, helpful and with remarkable patience. In short, a top experience. If I could, I would give 6 stars out of 5. Highly recommended... but not too much, or I won't find a place anymore!

I stayed for a week in this apartment and found it very good! Very clean, quiet, with a splendid view of the ocean. There is the possibility to leave the car exactly in front of the entrance and all the useful services are nearby. Plus, Francisco is a really helpful host.

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea accessible to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It is a real gem, beautifully decorated and has high rooms with an exciting floor plan. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The different terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children playing on the beach from the lower seat while relaxing in the deck chair. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves allowed us to sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and the upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it was not bad that the Wi-Fi had failed a few times. We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was clean, well maintained, modern, great facilities and as described. There was clear communication of how to check in, and the flexibility of adjusting our check out time to accommodate our later flight was really appreciated. Nothing was to much trouble from the host & any questions we had regarding local information was replied to quickly & very informative. Would definitely recommend this property & host, thank you so much for making our stay so easy🙂

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

top-notch accommodation for our family of 4 children and 2 adults. the super spacious apartment on 2 floors was nice when we arrived... the equipment provided was the... everything was perfect. written communication with the owner was pleasant and kind. the top heated pool,with its pleasant bar for a small coffee in the morning, a beer at happy hour or ice cream for children. 3 beautiful terraces offering a perfect view in all angles of view ( sea, golf, teide mountain,..) with modern and pleasant furniture equipment. the littery was good but for us the queen bed a little hard. i highly recommend this place.😊

Great apartment. Great Sea view. 12th floor but lift very reliable. Good Supermarket near by. Short costal walk into the centre of Los Cristianos. Large Bedroom. Very clean with everything you need.

Apartamento espectacular!

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

Fantastic apartment! We had a fantastic time in the apartment which is just like the photos. The whole complex is extremely clean and well looked after with the pool area being a great place to chill out. The quality of everything in the apartment is 5* and clean throughout. Meg the cleaner/key holder was extremely helpful throughout the stay and went out of her way to help us with a later checkout. Set near the Hard Rock Hotel the area is reasonably quiet and peaceful with a range of restaurants to suit different tastes. Would highly recommend Marks apartment and if we return to Tenerife we will certainly look to book again. Thanks Mark we had a great holiday!

We had a great time at Maya's apartment. Everything was tastefully decorated. The terrace is very large, very nice and the view is magnificent. Parking space in a well-secured garage. Access is very easy and the instructions are very clear. Everything is designed to make the stay go well. Access to the beach and the very nice 70's is easy. We really recommend it. We would sincerely like to come back. The place is ideally located for visiting the Teide Park and the cities of La Laguna and Santa Cruz. It is close to Reina Sofia Airport but we do not hear or see any planes. When you arrive at the end of the day it is therefore perfect. Maya is responsive and welcoming. She is committed to her guests having a great time and it is successful.

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

The location of the place is just perfect and the view from the balcony is a dream. Massimilano was a super nice host, we felt very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Thanks for the stay, we were overall happy, therefore 5 stars, only some minor things were not perfect. All good in total :)
