The house is new and with all the furniture for a comfortable and quiet stay. The appliances and household utensils are new and suitable for the space, without improvisations. It is located at a high point between Mariana and Ouro Preto and has a wonderful view. The place is very quiet and safe, with easy access for those who are by car. The back area is covered and the barbecue can be used even on rainy days. It has garage covered with parking spaces for 2 cars. We hired linens and linens and it was well worth it. The hosts are helpful and objective in answering our questions. Everyone in my group loved the house. We will definitely return!!

Quiet stay, no inconvenience. Building in a very good location and with many attractions in the area. The host is very attentive and responds quickly to any questions or requests. The only suggestion for this apartment is the installation of an air conditioner. Thanks for hosting.

Jaque is a 10-star person, she received us to deliver the key, went with us to the property, an incredible and attentive person! We really liked her, every day she sent a message to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Her place is perfect. I highly recommend it, we had no issues whatsoever. Beautiful, cozy and very well located.

I had an excellent two-month stay at Luiza's place, from December 2024 to February 2025. The home is very cozy with everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen and laundry area. Santa Tereza is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to do. This home is very special because you're so close to lots of great places, but you don't get too much noise as it's located on a very calm street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to be in Belo Horizonte!

Space very well located, and there is nothing missing in the apartment for a short stay. The host was also very helpful, answering our questions and ready to answer whatever we needed. The building has very close kitnets, which harms privacy a little and lacks some things for a long-season stay, such as a washing machine, for example. There was a cooktop in the apartment, but no pots were made available for cooking. The best for us was the location, close to the central neighborhoods of BH, mainly by car.

We love the time we stayed in the house. Environment far more beautiful than in the pictures. Super spacious, large and very comfortable house. Airy rooms with comfortable calas. Super well-equipped outdoor area and the same hot pool in the listing. It's worth it.

Staying at Marcelo's house was a WONDERFUL experience! The house is stunning and the backyard, a show apart! The house is super wide, airy, comfortable and the decor, a show apart! We feel in our own home during our stay! The location is privileged because, although we are close to the lagoon, we have a lot of privacy, the place is quiet (and we stayed during Carnival!), has drugstores and supermarkets very close by. And what about the backyard?! Super verdinho, immersed in super well-groomed plants and bring an exceptional freshness to the environment. The hydro is delicious and was strategically positioned between the jabuticabeira and the banana trees, surrounded by the other plants. It was super warm, even in the days when we had little sunshine, she managed to maintain a good temperature, only with the mormaço of the weather! Marcelo was extremely attentive throughout our stay. Our contact was by messages and it remained available all the time!

Excellent place. Enzo was very helpful. Very nice and cozy place. Marvelous breakfast. Above the waterfalls there is an access that is free and has access to 3 waterfalls, but the accesses are quite bad. It's worth it for the amazing view, but I don't recommend going if you're not used to walking long distances. Another access to the waterfalls is through the Catana da Serra Restaurant, the trails are very well maintained. You have to pay 30 reais, but it's really worth it.

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations... an excellent place for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Impressive silence, the house is super nice, everything is very well maintained. Anyway, we highly recommend it!!!

I spent a month at Fernanda and Luiz's stay, and had a great experience! The garden view and decor are cozy, and I managed to have a desirable privacy. The dialogue for doubts and possibilities has always been friendly, and, despite being "inside" the grounds of their house, I felt at home in the dynamics of my day-to-day life. And in the few moments we met, Fernanda and Luiz asked how it was, and asked for returns to make the space more enjoyable. The neighborhood is very good for walking, with a gym, restaurants, supermarkets and bakery nearby. For those who want to have a better moment still in BH, I highly recommend!

The Terras Verder Hosting is a very pleasant place, with a lot of tranquility and contact with nature. The experience in the chalet with bathtub was great, ideal for couples who want to escape from everyday life and have moments of relaxation and tranquility. Kitchen facilities are a bit old, but fulfill their function, we made nice dinners at the cottage. The local leisure area is excellent, has a very large pool with a barbecue kiosk that can be used by guests. Our overall experience was very good, we spent great days on site.

A clean and functional kitchen is presented, featuring white cabinets and countertops. Modern appliances, including a refrigerator and a blender, are visible. The space is designed with white tiles, and a doorway can be seen leading to another room.

Mauricio very attentive and always willing! Chalé Casa Copa offers everything you need to stay for a few days tour! It is practical and sustainable. The location is within the city but inside a reserved space, which helps those who want to enjoy the interior of Glaura and have a few days of rest. Basic utensils for those who cook simple cosias. Cama super comfortable, but a little small, which for us was not a problem. I will be back for sure!
