Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Alto Alentejo

The house is well located, for those looking for calm and tranquility. It is 3 km from the river beach of Monsaraz, 5 minutes from the village and a few minutes' walk from the Xerez cromlech. It is a spacious, well-decorated, comfortable house, with plenty of light, very well-equipped and that corresponds entirely to the listing on the platform. We felt like coming back! :)

This was the most fully equipped Airbnb I have ever stayed in - Graça has thought of absolutely everything, including different types of coffee! A nice quiet base in a tranquil setting, and a clean and comfortable refuge with 2 outdoor areas for relaxing in the sun and/or watching the sunset as well as great Wifi, which is more than suitable for working remotely. If you have a car and wish to explore some quiet nature or a less touristy part of Portugal, this is a great option. Several attractions within comfortable driving distance, including Coimbra, and supermarkets are only minutes away by car. Excellent accommodation for those looking for tranquility in the countryside. Mrs. Helena and Mr. Carlos is as amazing and friendly as the place itself. The houses are very clean and well-equipped. We had the opportunity to see the chickens, the friendly donkey Serafim and the dog Nougat. The pool is clean and wonderful. The laundry and fruit trees are also spectacular. We traveled with a dog and a 2-year-old and loved the experience. We'll definitely be back

An oasis of peace and a very enchanting property with its own charm and character. We enjoyed our stay, friendly and open-minded people, James cares and cares wherever possible. Rarely have we felt so welcome and comfortable. The cleanliness and amenities are excellent. In nearby Vila de Rei you will find everything you need. We would love to repeat our stay in the future, we miss it already.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Peaceful, quiet, and I loved the orange and lemon trees. Listening to the birds while enjoying the view was a real treat! Joao was extremely professional and communicative - it’s clear he has put a lot of time and attention into the Airbnb.

This place was absolutely amazing! Eloisa helped us get there and assisted us with carrying the bags and led us to the house. Place is clean, comfy and cozy! Sunset House truly is a place that deserves 5 stars: host is very kind and takes care of the quests, she even made us breakfast and booked us a table in restaurant! Monsanto was the most unique experience we had in Portugal. 5/5!!!

Chiho & Nuno’s apartment was very charming and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a nice private deck and view of the castle. It is centrally located within walking distance of most Lisbon attractions.

This apartment was incredible, the parking was easy. We could walk everywhere easily. Had everything we needed. Communication was great. The view is crazy, honestly the photos do it no justice. Just incredible 10 out of 10.

The roof was such a great spot for sunset, and the apartment was at a good spot close to the restaurants we liked!

Stunning view! The remarkable place is much better than the photos. When does that ever happen? We loved the location close to all safe surfing locations, yummy restaurants, and nice shopping. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need, and more. Better than my kitchen at home. Crystal clear check-in instructions. The home is sprinkled with charming homey touches. You will fall in love with this place and will want to return. Don’t hesitate to book!

Excellent value ratio. We spent 2 nights at Alice's house. The house is located in the vicinity of Vide Castle, in a very quiet and welcoming environment. The hosts were very friendly and the apartment was very cozy. We are very happy with our choice!

Alexandra was brilliant, the instructions for the apartment were some of the best we have received. Apartment was just as pictured and was beautifully done. Super comfortable and felt right at home. Location was great for walking from, with amenities close by. Couldn’t fault our time there!

super friendly hosts at great location really close to all sorts of dining, shopping,and sightseeing. we had a few questions during our stay and Mat was very quick to respond and help out. Comfortable bed and nice semi/mostly private balcony on the 4th floor with expansive views of the harbor area, a lush, large park with walking paths throughout, and a city view. Opening up all the glass sliders gave a really open "inside out living" feeling to the suite. Close to so many options to fill your day. Lovely hosts, with a comfortable, clean apartment to stay in. This was the perfect “home away from home”, ending our Portugal adventure exactly how we wanted to. A quiet “hide-away”, beautifully furnished and decorated, gorgeous and comfortable patio area… very private! While not in the centre of Lisbon, we were a short ( and inexpensive!) Bolt/Uber drive away from all we wanted to see. And then coming back to our quiet retreat at the end of the day was exactly what worked for us. Lucinda was so extremely helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this lovely spot 😊

The stay was great, the place is close to the beach and as a coffee underneath. In my opinion the coffee was a little expensive and without too many options, another note is that if you wanna go there you'll definitely need to take your car. The space and now speaking of the overall apartment was great, it was clean and organized had the basic things that one needs but personally didn't explore too much that part since we took everything we needed ourselves.

We loved our time in this centrally located condo! It was cozy and clean, and we had easy access to beaches, stores, and restaurants. We would come here again and again.

This is an excellent property with a great view and private heated pool with terrific outdoor space and chaise lounges. There is also a great coveted outdoor living space/area.

This apartment is incredibly special. The history, the beautiful old details. If you want a one-of-a-kind experience in Lisbon, I highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect and the private outdoor space is divine. Comfortable rooms and spacious overall. Will stay again!
