Beachfront vacation rentals in Alps

Umag is a good starting point for activities and excursions of all kinds. The old town with restaurants and cafes, parks and harbor promenade are within walking distance of the property. As well as a small bakery to buy breakfast. The sea and beach are only 50 meters away and you have a magnificent view of the sea from the apartment and the loggia. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, so you can also spend a rainy day there. We liked it very much and we recovered well in the 10 days on site and enjoyed our vacation very much. We were 2 adults with a dog.

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

Place was so nice and modern, the area around is beautiful. Definitely one of the best views from the balcony of the sea and houses. Villa was clean, with nice accommodations. Surrounding area is very peaceful and relaxing with a nice rural village and nice locals, other towns are just a bus ride away and definitely worth a visit. Overall, very relaxing and the balconies are perfect. Would come back again.

We had a great time on our holiday at the house in Levanto. The place has a beautiful view at the town, with lots of hiking trails and destinations in the area. The centre of Levanto is a little gem with the beach, shops and cafés.

We (couple with dog) spent beautiful 10 days in Ana and Ivan's bungalow G4 from the end of May to the beginning of June. The whole place was very clean. The fact that the hair dryer, clothes rack, Nespresso coffee maker, etc. were also very convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge (with freezer compartment), stovetop and everything you need to cook (plates, cooking pots, pans, cheese grater, bottle opener, strainer, etc.). Basic foods such as sugar, vinegar, oil, spices are to be brought with you. But it's no problem - there are some supermarkets nearby. At night we slept with the window tilted and could listen to the sea. The terrace with a direct view of the sea was a dream! Ana and Ivan are very attentive and friendly hosts. They were always very responsive to messages and inquired several times if everything was right or if we needed anything. They gave us tips on excursions, restaurants, ... Conclusion: It couldn't get any better! :-

The apartment was very nice with an indescribably beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and even from the bed. The house has a direct entrance to the footpath by the sea and has some restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful Paclenica National Park is minutes away. The apartment was very well equipped and the hosts very friendly and helpful! We would come back anytime.

We had a great stay at Sara’s apartment. Her dad gave us a warm welcome even though we arrived very late. The private spot at the ocean was especially beautiful. We really enjoyed having breakfast and spending our time there and had a swim in the ocean every day. Lou, the housekeepers dog, was very friendly, tried to „save“ us from falling into the ocean and occasionally joined us if we still managed to jump in. Overall we had a great stay, would come back any time and can definitely recommend the place.

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

Gordana and Marin live downstairs from the apartment, meaning they are almost always available if there is an issue. Your hosts are very friendly and committed to ensuring you enjoy your stay in the gorgeous apartment first row to the beautiful Adriatic Sea.

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Very satisfied with our stay, the best apartment, view and location we've had with air bnb, by far! Great hosts; always there to answer any question and taking care of the pool, new towels and anything else you might need every day! Super clean and all you need for a comfy stay.

Location and surroundings are amazing and we really loved staying there with our family of four. The pool is great and the kids spent a lot of time in it, especially due to the heatwave. Views from the balcony are awesome as well. Maybe the kitchen could be a bit better stocked in the future with basic stuff like oil, salt and pepper, and I’m sure Hrvoje would have supplied that to us had we requested, as he was super helpful and responsive. There’s a big supermarket called Plodine a 5min drive away on the big road. Overall, a heavy recommendation, although please note that you’ll want to have a car here as there’s a bit of a drive to get around.

The villa is beautiful and looks even better in person than in the pictures! There are all amenities that you need. The pool is heated and therefore always usable - in addition, the sea is right next door anyway. Host was super nice, proactive, and accommodating. They welcomed us warmly, showed us the whole house and supported us with tips. Overall, the villa was worth every penny!

Great place to stay. When we asked for a second cot for our two babies, Anastasija made sure that we have everything we need.

The location is a dream place for sea lovers, a sight every time you open the shutters in the morning. Michèle, who hosted us, is very friendly and Pierre listened to us. These five days were perfect.

We had a great time. The accommodation was very comfortable, quiet and in a good location. the garden is very nice. and it is convenient to be able to park your car. Marie Paule and her husband are very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place if you would like to have a great stay and recharge your batteries

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

We have spent 6 nights in this beautiful place. Although there are many excursion possibilities on Lake Garda, we only went away once because we wanted to enjoy every minute in the garden, on the private beach or in the Jacuzi. It was the perfect place for us to relax and simply do nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Giampaolo and his mother, who lives downstairs. She gifted us several times with something she had baked herself. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking or making a barbeque in the garden. We would definitely book this Airbnb again!

We were super happy in the accommodation and enjoyed the time very much. David and Izy were so kind, we had a couple of issues with the airline on arrival and therefore were not in the accommodation until night. We had a nice plate of food in the kitchen, so we could eat something right away at night and the next morning. Thanks very much for that! The apartment is super sweet and it has everything you need. The sea can be reached in 30 seconds and you can snorkel and swim there. When we were in the garden, we always had nice conversations with the two. They told us which restaurants are nice and where else we could go. Just a really great vacation and we will be happy to come back.

Marin was probably the most lovely AirBnb host we have ever had. She is kind, considerate and exudes love and hospitality. Her home is an ideal comfortable space. We had been out on a charter sailboat and wanted to stay close after getting off the boat before going up to busy Split. She was flexible in our check in and check out times that worked well with our boat drop off times. She showed care for us that is above and beyond any we’ve ever experienced from a host. Her spotlessly clean, we’ll set up home was perfect for us to get some rest and relax for a couple of days. We found excellent restaurants in Marina town and as a result, it was a perfect combination of relaxation, a great home and a wonderful area,p. When we come back to go sailing again, we will 100% for sure stay at Marin’s beautiful place again and we definitely look forward to seeing Marin again!

The place is just magical! Everything perfectly clean, Marina and Famielie are all super nice and warm! We got many tips for the area without asking. The beds are extremely comfortable and the highlight is definitely the sunset on the balcony, as well as the fantastic garden with fresh khaki, pomegranates and much more. We will be back for sure❤️❤️❤️
