Welcome to Quinta da Coruja, a small organic farm situated among the hills of the southern Alentejo. We offer a relaxing holiday in the countryside of Portugal, surrounded by peaceful nature where you get the opportunity to experience the daily life on a farm. We have goats, horses, cats, chickens and dogs living on the farm. We produce our own cheese. Welcome to join us for the daily goat walks! There is lots of nature to explore in the area and you can find signposted hiking trails nearby.

In the south of the rural 'Alentejo' -70km N of Faro- lies Monte dos Três Moinhos, an estate of 9 hectares, bordering the village of Santa Cruz. On the site there is a beautiful Quinta in excellent condition and three windmills from 1753. Part of the Quinta has been separated from the house and converted into a nice apartment with private access. Ideal for couples or families. It has a spacious bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen and relax room, where 2 children can sleep (total 75m2).

The House In the Hillsides

A traditional Portuguese cottage set in the mountains. Immersed by nature and flowing rivers. Set on the border of Aljentejo and the Algarve, the house is 20 minutes from Messines and less than 40 minutes from Portugal’s stunning beaches and Faro airport. If being in nature is your thing then the cottage is for you. We can happily suggest wild swimming spots and the best local hikes. Across the road is a beautiful river you can dip into on those hot Portuguese days!

Welcome to the "Quinta Rústica": our cozy traditional country house in nature! Whether for vacation or workation – our 2nd home is our favorite place for it. Enjoy rooms furnished with lots of love in our oasis of peace and a beautiful outdoor space with a large wooden veranda and mini pool in summer (1.5m x 1.5m x 0.8m). If you are looking for a quiet place to work, this is the place to be: 2 well-equipped workplaces and high speed internet are waiting for you!

Fully restored villa next to the quiet Aldeia dos Fernandes, with three bedrooms with private bathrooms. Common spaces include kitchen, living room, a toilet, all outdoor space with saltwater pool, barbecue and surrounding garden. Villa with a maximum capacity of 8 people sharing the same space. Great for resting, celebrating New Year's Eve, enjoying the calm and tranquility of the Alentejo. (Price per couple 150 euros).

Monte Down - Casa Pequena

The Hill Below consists of 2 villas with 2 and 4 bedrooms, all equipped with private bathroom, lounges and equipped kitchens. Monte also has a barbecue, swimming pool, parking and 100 hectares of relaxing landscape. You can book the entire place or book just one of our homes. The pool is shared by the two villas.
