Vacation rentals in Alibey Island

We stayed for 90 days. We had a wonderful summer as a family. We felt like our own home and it was peaceful. Being close to the sea is a great advantage. The garden, balcony, terrace were very convenient to spend time. We burned our barbecue and ate and had fun. Our friends came, and even on the days we were crowded, we did not have any problems thanks to the bathroom, room and bed capacity. We would like to thank Mr. Alper and his family for their interest and service. I would recommend it to everyone without a second thought.

Ms. Nevay has never interrupted her interest and interest in us since the day we first made the reservation. We reached the house comfortably thanks to the flexibility it provides during our check-in and check-out times and the directions it provided us from Izmir, where we departed. It was a great chance for us to stay in the historic Greek house with such a beautiful ambiance at a very affordable price. The cleanliness and hygiene of the supplies were great. Even though we took our vacation in a cold time of Ayvalık, heating conditions and hot water transportation were quite sufficient, we never got cold. We had a great pleasure having our morning coffee in this house with a sweet garden. We recommend everyone to stay in this wonderfully designed house, where you will feel at home, and there is no lack of equipment. In addition, thank you for the warm welcome of Mr. Erkan, who delivered the house to us, for their help in finding a parking spot for our vehicle. We would love to be their guests again 🥰

good value house, nice pool , well equipped.

Beautiful home in a cozy and calm area near the sea. It is also easily accessible 10-15minutes from the center. We also had no problems communicating with the host. So we had a very nice vacation.

Great place to stay if you plan to visit Ayvalik. The house is a wonderful place filled with lovely people and animals. The view is amazing and the sea just nearby. In addition, there’s a busstop next to the apartment which will bring you directly to the city. The apartment gives you decent place to cook or just enjoy the night. You will find everything needed. On top of that, the hosts are extremely lovely people, so you will feel like home from the very start. The place is a total recommendation!

Great location of the house, walking distance to Küçükköy bazaar. You can reach everywhere in a very short time by car. As in the photos of the house, we were comfortable for 4 people, the kitchen utensils were complete and met our needs. Overall, it was clean and tidy. The garden is ideal for summer evenings and you can eat your meals very comfortably. We will be back for the summer vacation. Mr. Yasin is a kind and caring host, I would like to thank him🙏

We had a very comfortable stay at the accommodation. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a charming Greek-style atmosphere. The location was excellent — just about a 5–10 minute walk to the main street. It was situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet only a few steps away from convenient facilities, which was one of the best parts. Communication with the host was very smooth. They were kind and responded quickly to any questions, which made our stay feel safe and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare simple meals, and having a nearby supermarket (Sok) was very convenient. Due to the nature of Cunda Island, the alleyways are very narrow and cobblestone-paved, so driving directly to the accommodation can be a bit challenging. However, we used a nearby paid parking lot, so it was not a problem at all! Other than that, everything was seamless and satisfying.

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at Halil’s beautiful home in Cunda. From the very beginning, Halil was a warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive host. His hospitality made us feel instantly welcomed and cared for. The house itself was spotless, tastefully furnished, and full of charming details that we need as a family. Every corner was thoughtfully arranged, and it was clear that great care had been taken to ensure guest comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Cunda’s lively center, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet when you want to unwind. We especially loved starting our mornings on the terrace with a cup of coffee and ending the day with a gentle breeze and local treats.
