”Dröm torpet” is placed in the southern Sweden, in the Northwestern part off Blekinge just 2 hours from Cophagen Airport. The house is a classic red Swedish house with a view to two lakes and nothing els then forrest. Lugnet vid sjöarna i skogen i Vittsjö

(Från 1 november 2025 ändrar vi ena sovrummet till en lounge och tar endast två gäster.) Härlig stuga från 50-talet med fina vintage-möbler inspirerade av samma årtionde. Är sista stugan på vägen ut på en udde i Vittsjös sjöområde så här har du lugnet och tystnaden, men är ändå bara en promenad från affärer och tåg. Skogen inpå knuten och härliga strövområden. Bra fiske bara metrar från ytterdörren. Här vaknar du med utsikt över vacker sjö! Njut av stjärnhimlen och ugglornas hoande på kvällen.

Stuga i Juleboda/ Österlen intill Maglehem & hav

Inom gångavstånd ligger den vidsträckta vackra stranden som sträcker sig från Stenshuvud till Åhus. Stugan ligger en kort bilfärd från såväl Kivik som Åhus. Från våren 2025 har vi 4st nya fina cyklar i stugan som kan användas av gästerna. Goda fiskemöjligheter finns i närheten i bl.a. Helge Å. Militäranläggningen Ravlunda skjutfält finns en bit bort men den är stängd under hela sommaren och det pågår ingen verksamhet. Under andra perioder kan det höras ljud och smällar från skjutövningar.

Stugan ligger vid havet med fantastisk sandstrand. Boendet är i mycket gott skick och finns inom en privatbostadstomt. Stugan innehar kök med ugn, spis, diskmaskin, kyl/frys och diskho. Diverse köksredskap samt kaffekokare. I anslutning finns vardagsrummet med TV, samt bäddsoffa (2 platser). Sovrum med dubbelsäng och garderober. Sovloft med dubbelsäng. Badrum med dusch, WC och tvättmaskin. I närheten finns den berömda Åhusbryggan, Restaurang och hotell med spa ”Åhus Seaside”

Nyrenoverad mindre stuga (25 kvm). Ett separat sovrum med dubbelsäng. Två sovloft med plats för 2 respektive 1 säng. Fantastisk omgivande natur med bokskogar och stora fält. Rikt fågelliv. Tre km till havet. Oändliga cykelvägar utan biltrafik. Gångavstånd till Solgårdens restaurang. I Maglehem hör man ingen biltrafik. Fem km till närmaste mataffär. Denna plats är vackrast i Skåne. Söderifrån: Ta väg 19 som går från Ystad mot Kristianstad. Sväng höger vid Maglehem/Lillehem.

Amazing cottage by lake for peace & quiet

Unique cottage by lake. A modern holiday house located close to the lake. The house has no neighbours and the nearest house is 500 m away. Use the sauna and then go swimming in the lake. Fish in the lake (pike, perch, zander, etc). Hike in the beatiful nature or take a trip with the boat at the lake. A perfect place for relaxing and just beeing. Hässleholm 16 km far away. Hästveda 10 km fsr away. Skåne län.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
