As per the description, very basic facilities but a great place to relax and unwind. An idyllic location a short walk to the beach and short paddle to a magical island. The island has an abandoned mansion with an interesting history. Crumbling but safe to walk through. Pack your lunch, a book, and sunscreen and while away the hours. A little hard to find, but Albert supplied a phone number as he was out of town and his assistant promptly came to guide us there.

A bright entryway features polished white tiles and a high ceiling. A modern staircase with a black railing leads to the upper level. A cozy seating area with wooden benches is positioned to one side, while a living area with a television is visible in the background.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Elijah’s place is such a hidden gem! We had a really lovely stay—it was super tidy, cozy, and just what we needed. It honestly felt like a little home base in the middle of a busy trip. What I appreciated the most was how Elijah went above and beyond to accommodate us since I had so many requests, and had such a hectic schedule, and he was always quick to respond and really helpful with everything I needed. It made such a difference and made our stay so much smoother. Thank you again, Elijah! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and stress-free place to stay in Butuan.

Host was excellent, if there was issues or needed drinking water, the host was very responsive. Went above and beyond to help us get some water. The place is spacious, quiet street, very close to central Butuan. Tricycles easily obtained on the main highway. House with secured gates and carport for 1 car, plenty of space for outside parking. Space inside was great, accommodating when families visited me. Will definitely come back to Chim and Mels dwelling!
