Nice apartment on the ground floor of a development overlooking the ocean. There is a beautiful corniche/promenade for beautiful morning and evening walks. Across the road from the new modern Caroussel mall. Apartment was clean with decent bedroom, living room and bathroom and the patio.

House as per description, clean & quiet, host kindly & quick response, helpful, compound secure by guarded 24. we enjoyed.

Yassine is a pleasant host, very helpful, the accommodation is clean, easy access, parking in front of the Residence, I recommend it.

If you’re looking for a wonderful apartment in Rabat overlooking the Ocean, then this is the place to stay! We had a wonderful weekend enjoying the city and then spending the evening on the balcony watching the waves crashing on the rocks below. The apartment is clean and perfect for family vacations.

We had a great time at this place, which was clean, comfortable and as described. The location is great and everything was perfectly organized. A big thank you to the owner Mr. Khalil for his warm welcome and availability, as well as to the lady who handed us the keys with kindness and professionalism. Parking was also a positive point, free and public on the street, with no problem parking. We highly recommend this listing to others looking for a pleasant and carefree stay. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, well decorated and very comfortable. It is ideally located, close to all amenities and in a quiet area. Great beautiful residence, brand new , very clean, nice pools, very close to the ocean and restaurants, shopping. The apartment very very nice and clean, very well equipped , clean sheets and brand new clean towels. Sabrina is the best host I ever met here in Morocco, very kind, respectful, friendly, she responded all my requests, regarding early check in , and about everything. I wish I could put more than 5 stars!!! Thank you very much for everything! If I am ever back here , this is the only apartment I want to stay!

Lina accommodated us, we greatly appreciated it. Easy check in and out. The place is modern and clean; great location - walkable to the beach and has 3 swimming pools on site. The place also has gates and security guards.

Had an absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is as described, very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything was thought for our comfort: quality bedding, well-equipped kitchen, … The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything you need. Plus, the sea view when you wake up is a real treat. Special mention for Nawal, who was extremely responsive, welcoming and available throughout the stay. It feels like it really puts a lot of heart into providing a great experience for her guests. I would recommend this place without a second thought and would definitely stay again!

Leyla's apartment was the perfect base for exploring Rabat. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Leyla was a fantastic host, always available to answer my questions and offer suggestions for things to do. A very central and well-maintained place. The comfortable bed, with stove in the room. Beautiful views from the terrace, clean bathroom and hot water in the shower. The owners are very friendly and very caring. We will definitely be back here!

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful accommodation in the heart of Rabat. The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions, yet peaceful and comfortable. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the amazing host. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous. She prepared delicious, fresh meals with so much love and care. From traditional Moroccan dishes to sweet mint tea, everything was simply perfect. Her warmth extended beyond hospitality, she made me feel like part of her family. Speaking of which, her family is just as wonderful: friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with anything. It’s rare to find such a personal and heartfelt experience when traveling, and I’m truly grateful for it. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, with authentic food and genuine people, this is the perfect choice. I will definitely come back the next time I’m in Rabat!

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. A place to recommend knowingly

Najat and her family were amazing hosts. The room was amazing, lots of privacy and so much space. Beautiful rooftop where I was invited numerous times for meals and tea with the family and friends. Location is great, nicely tucked away in the local streets yet so close to the bazaar area. Najat did my laundry for me and even folded my clothes. The whole family was so welcoming and polite, would definitely recommend. Thank you Najat and your lovely family 🙏

She is very welcoming and the place is really cosy and neat. There is no disturbance and the neighbors is really friendly (she brought me breakfast and tea). I truly lived the Moroccan experience. You are surrounded by the market therefore close to everything. The place itself is very clean and have nice couches and a very good internet connection. I was hesitant at first but do not regret booking at all.

Great! The place is very clean and matches the photos and description. A very good location in Harhoura, within walking distance to beaches , cafes, restaurants, hairdressers, gardens... Fadoua is very welcoming and responsive, and very flexible with check in and out times. We're so excited for our stay!

Our family stay was very nice. The view is beautiful on the sea. This is a beautiful apartment , waterfront facing the beach . The site is quiet and relaxing . The staff is responsive , and if needed there is a cook and cleaners available We'll be back for our vacation.
