From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10-minute walk to the city center's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and beautifully decorated with tasteful furniture and there is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen and four bedrooms, one of which has a huge sleeping loft.

Vores skønne dobbelthus er fra 2015 og er stilfuldt bygget og hyggeligt indrettet. Vores naboer er søde og rolige og kvarteret er roligt og grønt, med cykelafstand til Aarhus Centrum via Brabrandstien. Huset har alle fornødenheder man skal bruge som familie, herunder fire værelser udover stue, to toiletter, køkken, bryggers og multirum. Det er tilladt at bo maksimalt 2 voksne og to børn i vores hus. Lokalområdet er helt forrygende med let adgang til natur, legepladser og indkøbsmuligheder etc.

Boligen ligger på en stille vej og tæt på skov, strand, centrum. Moesgaard Museum, ARoS, indkøbs muligheder. På terrassen er der have møbler og grill og i haven er der bål og mange solrige kroge samt trampolin og legehus til børnene Boligen egner sig til to familier, eller en familie med 2-4 børn.
