“My wife, dog and I spent two nights, and we couldn't have been happier. The temperature got down into the negatives, and we were warm and cozy by the fire the whole time. The house was beautiful and inviting, and Linda and Floyd were very welcoming. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again!”

We utilized all the things available...canoe...beach yes even the piano. The children enjoyed the hammock and we thought your place was quite charming. “We had a great time at Floyd's cabin! It's a wonderful place with plenty of space and interesting character, filled with great pieces by Floyd himself. Linda left lots of information about the area and offered bikes to borrow (though we had brought our own), plus the cabin is well-stocked with cooking supplies, books, magazines, games, etc. It's a long walk or short drive to the beach, and a very easy drive or bike ride to the neighboring towns of Union Pier, Sawyer and Three Oaks. We took advantage of both the screened-in porch and the wood-burning stove during our stay. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable, but our overall stay was so pleasant, it wasn't bad enough to stop me from recommending Floyd's Cabin or visiting again.”
