Upon arrival the host Dan Siegel gave me a tour of (the 'public' areas) of the house, then showed me the room I'd be staying in - large bedroom with an adjacent full bath. In-room electric space heater & cooling fan, television & fully stocked Keurig coffee maker. Very comfortable bed with a comforter and additional blanket(s) if/as needed. Overall the house was very well-kept, tidy & clean. The breakfast included a variety of fresh fruit, juice, muesli made in-house, yogurt, and a hard boiled egg. The surrounding neighborhood is upscale, established & quiet. Well within walking distance to the Ashby street BART station, a slightly longer stroll to get to the Berkeley campus and downtown. In all, a very fairly priced and enjoyable accommodation - I'll try to use this location again on my next visit.
