Vacation rentals with breakfast in 8th arrondissement

Perfect accommodation for visiting Lyon, about 20 minutes to access it! Very well furnished exterior (deckchairs, swing, outdoor table, parasol) Interior Functional house with basic necessities for cooking left available, it's appreciated and it's becoming rare (salt, pepper, oil... LV tablets, dishwashing liquid...) I highly recommend the accommodation.

Elisabeths house is really wonderful. Lot’s of windows, making it a very pleasant atmosphere. The view is nice and you can easily walk to the old town of Lyon. We really, really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay, spacious and quiet accommodation with the possibility to park your vehicle inside. I recommend 100%. Great for pro trips!

Pleasant and comfortable stay in an accommodation with two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and gym upstairs, and a spacious and well-equipped living room / kitchen, toilet on the ground floor. Private parking. Quiet area close to the city center with shops and food market where you can walk. Audrey is welcoming and responsive. Good communication. Dogs are accepted and the environment near a forest is very nice. Very good experience, we recommend it.

The place and the pool are very clean. Everything is at our disposal. we had a great stay.

Very friendly hosts. Great house and pool. It wasn't as easy to get in to Lyon as hoped for the rugby world cup but we did have two small children.

A lovely stay with comfortable surrounds. Loved having breakfast on the balcony. Marlene had provided a clean, well accoutred kitchen and bathroom and a very comfy double bed. The accommodation was as described, clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. The host was responsive, I would recommend it without hesitation!

A very quaint home in a quite and safe neighborhood. Has all you need for a great stay. A little chilly but great value.

Check-in was picking up keys at a café across from the apartment- very easy! The apartment is lovely- spacious, comfortable and perfectly located on a pedestrian street with the métro station steps away and taxi pick-up and drop off also very close by at the nearest cross street. Stéphane left maps and brochures which were helpful, particularly the one related to the traboules and façades in the old part of Lyon. The kitchen cupboards are full, and available to use, which we didn't need to. Just know that the closets are full of Stephane's belongings in the bedroom, although he does supply an area in the smaller bedroom with hangers and places to hang your clothes. There are a washing machine and dryer and detergent to use, a huge help to us, having been in France for 5 days before our arrival. The large shower is fantastic with great water pressure/hot water. We walked everywhere from the apartment. Lyon has a lot to offer! Do not hesitate to stay at Stéphane's apartment.

Very nice apartment located next to Lyon's Part Dieu train station! Sebastien is a very friendly and welcoming host. This place is perfect for a short trip if you want to visit Lyon without using your car!

Very good stay in an apartment in a good location in terms of transport (metro and bus nearby). Bakery and convenience store is a stone's throw away. Friendly and responsive host. Everything you need in the apartment. Only one downside, cleaning to review.

Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. We enjoyed the quiet and clean bedroom and en-suite bathroom. To complete this pleasant stay, a delicious breakfast with homemade products. We'll be back with pleasure in a warmer season.

Very pleasant stay, clean and quiet place. Cécile is very kind. I was able to enjoy beautiful walks, away from the noise of Lyon. Only small downside: the train at night, sometimes a little noisy, but nothing too annoying. awkward. All in all a great experience! To recommend

We stayed on May 1st. Thierry spontaneously offered to do groceries for us for dinner because all the restaurants and shops were closed. A beautiful house with many amenities!

We had a great time in Tassin-la-Demi-Lune! The accommodation was perfect, very comfortable and in a good location. The hosts were lovely, very caring and generous – we were really pampered! Thank you so much for their warm welcome. We'll be happy to go back!
