Newly-built house with sauna, swimming area & finest view

Now our guest house with sauna is ready for those of you who want to rent a cozy cottage with 6 beds, wonderful view of the lake and Järvsös ski slopes. Bathing jetty with free access to rowboat May-Sept. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you go to the slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (electric car charging is available). The lake is tracked under the correct weather conditions, so if you want to go long, it is possible. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom and fireplace and is our little paradise!

Newly renovated year-round cabin by the lake Vallssjön in Ockebo. Three bedrooms, open plan solution between kitchen and fully tiled bathroom with shower, washing machine as well as water toilet for a comfortable stay. Two balconies with double seating areas, both upstairs and with lake view. (New outdoor space July 2023) There are several ski tracks, ice skating lakes nearby if weather allows. Kungsberget and Högbo ski resorts, only 35min away (34km) 12km to central Ockebo with shops, restaurants, cafe and beautiful Wij gardens.

Farmhouse in rural setting with pool and sauna

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are taken by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wi-Fi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-burning sauna. In summertime there is also heated swimming pool. An additional accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

Nice place to stay with a sea plot

Relax in this unique and quiet home right by the ocean. The cottage has villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot-air oven and stove with induction stovetop etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a long forest walk and coziness in front of the fire. There is possibility of sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe and simpler rowing boat are available to borrow.

Find the tranquility and cozy factor in this newly renovated cottage by the water with sauna. Located secluded from neighbors right by the edge of the forest in Hälsingeskogen. About 20 minutes from Hudiksvall, car road to the house corner. Who needs all the amenities when you have lighting via solar cells, heating via the fireplace, and cooking is done directly on the gas stove or outdoors. Why not end the evening with a sauna and a dip in our own lake? Cottage of 36 sqm with a total of four beds, in loft and sofa bed.

Newly produced villa in scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modernly designed and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of about 110 m3 that extends around the house. Two gas barbecues are available. Large associated parking area with charging pole for electric vehicles on the property. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjön gem, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Unfortunately no access to the water from our site.

Paradise by the sea. It has the tranquility, luxury and nature. Sauna and hot tub with sea views as well as glamping tents during warmer months. Swim, grab a brew drink, fish, and read a book. Fireplace, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, speakers, smart tv in v-room and two bedrooms. It has a gas grill and Muurikka. Two high chairs, crib, travel bed, trampoline and toys. Take a ride with the Canadian, paddleboard or trail run in the forest facing the cliffs. The seasons of the seasons have their charm and large families fit!

Enjoy quiet and fresh living with its own porch right by Kyrksjön in Forsa. Nice view of the lake and Storberget, Hälsingland. Access to bathing jetty, row boat and wood stove sauna access. Perfect for the couple, the small family or fishing enthusiast. Great fishing in Kyrksjön and the rest of Forsa FVO. (Larger trolling-equipped boat is rented after island.k). Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Welcome to the newly renovated house on our property. The house is renovated in a modern country style. The lower floor level is finished and includes entrance room, hallway, kitchen living room, bedroom and bathroom. On our farm, you live in a scenic location with close distance to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm, Galvån flows with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used by agreement.

Cozy holiday home with sea plot and own jetty.

Furustuga with a fireplace in archipelago idyll completely without transparency. Lush garden on the back and glazed terrace on the front side facing a beautiful angelic nature plot sloping down towards the sea. Wood-fired sauna overlooking the sea and large private bathing jetty. Rich bird life and beautiful nature in the surrounding areas. If you tire of tranquility by the sea, an evening trip to Skärså with its lively and convivial seafood restaurant Albertina is recommended.

Cozy cottage in suterräng located in lush garden with fruit trees. Upstairs has an open plan kitchen and living room with a sofa bed. There is also a toilet with combined washing machine and dryer. Bedroom in suterrid floor a staircase downstairs with shower and Sauna and with exit to large terrace with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transport links. Gävle city centre is located at 40 min walking distance through nice park area along the river.
