Here you can taste the clean air and calm of unspoilt nature, offering exceptional 360-degree landscapes. However, we also stay there for the comfort and the quality of the equipment offered in this old farmhouse of the 18th century, completely renovated in respect of its original charm.

On the ground floor, a living room with a wood stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable bathroom. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the land, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Ideally located 250 m from the Cathedral and all amenities. A place suitable for everyone, an office for remote work, games for young and old to entertain themselves, a gate for the safety of the little ones upstairs, and of course the baby equipment.

For a pleasant Norman stay, enjoy a charming fully renovated home with an equipped kitchen including a dining area, a bathroom, two bedrooms: one sleeps two (15 m2) and one sleeps 3 (28 m2) and a large room of 120 m2 upstairs with a large dining area and a seating area (convertible into a 5-bed area with a sofa bed and four extra mattresses). All decorated with elegance. Walled garden, trees, vegetation, cathedral view. Sleeps 10 max.

very quiet townhouse

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is located in the historic center of Sées. RUSTIK immersion park is 5 km away, Haras du Pin is 20 minutes away. Small shops are close when you take the house in front of the house and a little on your right the allée St Benoît (Les Viviers Petit Ruisseau sector and beautiful park). The cathedral is quickly visible also through this alley.
