Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this secluded coastal heaven. A pool and entertainment area, along with an all weather tennis court and squash court, for the exclusive use of residents and guests, are situated close to the main entrance. The Marina is the safest place to be. Access is through a single access controlled gateway and is restricted to residents and guests. There is also a 24 hour security patrol. THE HOUSE HAS SOLAR.

This is the perfect cottage for a working professional or for a couple who is/are traveling through Port Alfred. There is a large desk to do work or just relax in the lounge with the TV on. The open plan kitchen/lounge opens up into a sunny courtyard. A braai (BBQ) can be provided on request. There is a washing machine inside the cottage with outside lines to hang up your laundry.
