Dear guests, We wish you a pleasant time in our newly renovated apartment, enjoy the stay and feel comfortable. The apartment is located in the city center. The house can be reached from the train station on foot in 10 minutes. The nearest tram stop is just around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke bridge. To the university it is 3, to the pedestrian zone 10 min., to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground 3 min. The parking costs €10.00 per day.

Enjoy a few beautiful days in our cozy studio apartment in chalet style with large sunny south-facing terrace and Netflix. On the terrace is a lounge and a small dining table. Private parking space in the in-house underground garage. The village center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. New kitchen with large ceramic hob and oven. The apartment is part of an outskirts villa with large garden. In the best location, the tranquility can be enjoyed here: the property is located directly on the forest and on the Dreisam.
