Lovely little apartment close to the city center and the fjord

Lovely little apartment, with small kitchen and living room in a, private bathroom, bedroom and private entrance, however the stairs are a bit steep. 300 meters to the fjord close to the center of Ringkøbing market town, with the cozy inner city with the beautiful old square, the small streets with the nice old houses, the harbor with lots of life. The fjord is used a lot by kitesurfers and bathers. The Natural Power Center on the outskirts of the city. There are only 10 km to Søndervig with the North Sea and lots of city life. 24 km to the fishing village Hvidesande

The Klegod area is about 4 km from the popular holiday resort and seaside resort Søndervig, which offers many activities, including the completely newly built Lalandia. It is about 8 km to Hvide Sande, which offers an active and exciting fishing port. Hvide Sande is world renowned for its water sports opportunities and the delicious beaches. Don't forget the cafes, restaurants and many exciting shops. Bread sale 300 m from the farm in high season.

Great location by the North Sea

This lovely, straightforward house sits completely untouched behind the dunes straight to the North Sea and has wonderful views of the oak and its rich wildlife. Close to the holiday and seaside town of Søndervig as well as the old and cozy shopping town of Ringkoping with cobblestone streets, walking streets, harbor environment, etc. There is an 18-hole golf course and a new opened Lalandia swimming area in Søndervig. Distance to the beach at Søndervig is 5.5 km while Ringkoping fjord is 1 km from the house. There is a bike path both to Ringkoping and Søndervig.
