My small oasis of well-being is located about a 10-minute walk from the city center and arena, about 15-20 from the Festwiese/stadium. Tram stop and organic bakery are right outside. Bars, supermarket, bike and boat rental in the immediate vicinity. The Johanna and Clara Zetkin Park can be reached in 3-5 minutes. Due to its location in the courtyard, the apartment is quiet despite the city center location.

Hey folks, my beautiful appartment is located in the heart of Leipzig. It is 70sqm big and has two rooms, each of them with two sleeping berth. Additionally you will find a big corridor, a balkony, a bath and a kitchen which of course can be used by you.
