The vacation apartment is located on the second floor of our townhouse from 1908. We acquired it in 2020 and have been lovingly renovating it since then. I usually live in the 2-room apartment myself. It is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the second row (very quiet). The apartment has a new kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a storage room, a bright, a car parking space and spacious living room and a covered south-facing balcony. This invites you to relax, with a beautiful view of the courtyard. You do not pay a service fee when booking the apartment. I take over this for you.

The whole 55m2 two-room apartment is located in a quiet side street between the town hall and the university clinic. The apartment is on the ground floor on the back of the house and is very quiet.
