Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

Ideal to relax a few days and go on Bohol Chocolate Hills tour and enjoy diving. Ideal for Freedivers! We are not in the central tourist spot. We are near the capital city , FAR FROM CITY NOISES (skooter) 5 minutes to the mall, 10 -15 minutes to the pier and 20 minutes to the airport. 15 minutes to the white beach. 25 minutes to alona beach.. we have the best view and the fresh breeze. infinity swimming pool.our place is good for couple , single , business traveler. last 400 meter to our house its a very bumpy ( rough) road ! no good for children ! no party ! You can rent a scooter, car, we can connect you to anny tour !
