The air-cond was malfunctioning and cannot be adjusted. It turns on and off throughout our stay which makes sleeping uncomfortable due to the weather and lack of ventilation. There is a “garden” which we cannot utilise because of the mosquitoes. The washing machine also cannot be used because an “E3” error keeps popping up. An extension cord was provided but luckily we noticed it was burnt before we used it. This could have been a serious fire hazard. Other than that, the bathroom reeks of sewage smell and is mouldy with tile pieces falling off. We complained to the host but these issues were not solved and when confronted after the trip, the host became unresponsive.…
