Unique Artist Loft Apartment

This is a unique loft apartment located in the historical heart of the Liverpudlian docks facing the river and the famous Tobacco wearhouse, the biggest brick wearhouse in the world. It is close to the city centre by foot or electric scooter. The apartment is extremely spacious, it has two floors, two bedrooms, a huge living room and open kitchen, a bathroom and a study space upstairs next to one of the bedrooms with a view over the river. There is a wood burner and all the necessary amenities.

Close to everything you need for an amazing city getaway. The apartment is in a very busy cultural and late night hotspot in a mixed use building with 8 other apartments. Secure entrance from street, LoftNine9 is situated on the third floor.

Private loft

This consists of the entire loft space including 2 Bedrooms with wash facilities plus a shower room and separate toilet, there is a private entrance and also if required the use of a TV lounge and eating facilities in a private conservatory. There is a Sizzles pub very close by that serves very inexpensive but great food till 9.30 pm we are a 10 minute walk to the local railway station which will take you to Liverpool city centre in 20 mins £3.40 return. We are 5 mins from Liverpool Airport.
