Walk only minutes to the Waverly Local, Fig and Wasp antiques, the Wild Flour Bakery and the Standard Deluxe Venue! We live in the rear of the house on the other side of the French doors. The front door is accessed by you and upstairs guests. Your bedroom and bath is for your use alone. We are less than a 20 minute drive to Auburn University. Come stay in the town that is really “in the country”!

Is it time for some Rest & Relaxation . Come off the beaten path to this home full of country charm . Beautifully huge front yard. Get away from the fast paced life,breath some fresh air. Relax and sit a spell. Maybe even sit and read a great book. Yet, 2 min. To Dollar General, 10 min. from Walmart, 15 min. from Columbus, 20 min. from Fort Benning, 30 mins from Auburn University. We love hosting,we tried to think of everything you may need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

Pat Dye Cottage

The Dye Cottage is a two room stand alone cottage located on the back half of the property. This two room suite includes two bathrooms with a tub/shower in each. For sleeping accommodations there is one queen sized bed and 2 built-in bunk beds in the living area. Outside, a 400 square foot private deck is perfect for enjoying the outdoors, and enjoying the 20 plus trees planted by legendary Coach Pat Dye. The rate is based on 6 occupants and includes a full hot breakfast.
