Awesome hot tub and patio! Blazing fast internet! The home is the perfect Eugene location, walking distance from nearly anything and across the street from a bus stop. The UO campus is near by, and the best most famous eateries in Eugene are within easy walking distance. The home is recently upgraded for safety and comfort but maintains its 120 year old charm. The beds are high quality 10 inch memory foam with a 2 inch down mattress topper, and there are plenty of blankets! Gourmet kitchen too!
