The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck and lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere-not even the beach. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines liusted in "other details" ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

We visited LBJ and knew we wanted to have a place of our own.. but also a place we could let YOU enjoy lake life too! Welcome to our beautiful lake front beach house. Our house is tucked away on the best part of Lake LBJ. It’s constant level so water levels are always great. Enjoy stunning views of Packsaddle Mountain, perfect sunsets, boat dock w/ tie ups, clear water, and a huge, private sand beach. The property sleeps 17 people in beds and is the perfect getaway.
