Charming cabin on Lake Martin – Great lake views with windows everywhere. Light an airy. This waterfront property comes with a large deck, private dock and floating dock steps from the house. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths / a very open kitchen and living area. Master Bedroom with doors to the deck. Outdoor furniture and lounge chairs. Screened in porch with table and chairs. The deck is new February 2023. We have renovated the half bath and new sewage system. New boat house and pier 11/2023

Cozy cottage with a community boat dock and ramp (boat & kayak rentals nearby). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Just minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to severe allergy issues.

Located on the Montgomery Side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.

Little Lake Getaway *pet friendly*

Relax with the whole family at this affordable peaceful lake getaway! Our home is a 7 minute walk to the community boat docks. There are three with “KBE Private Property” signs and a small beach area with a bench to sit down and enjoy the water. We are about a 10/15 minute boat or car ride to the Social & Chuck’s Pizza which have delicious food and live music. ***guests must click “1 pet” On the reservation if bringing any. This is a nonnegotiable.
