Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kissimmee

Ruth was wonderful in accommodating us last minute… I have three daughters that live in the Tampa Bay area… And they and their partners along with four pets needed a quick place to stay to evacuate for the hurricane, and she made an exception for all the pets after we were turned down by four other Airbnb’s owners. She was super responsive and kind and my girls said her place was great ! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was exactly where we needed and it was very cozy and clean.

Super central Lugar. If you are looking for a place close to the parks and outlets mall this is the perfect place.

The apartment itself was fantastic. Very clean and well taken care of. the only real complaint is thr available parking. if you arrived late in the evening it was hard to find a parking spot close to where we were staying. Overall, I would highly recommend Jim's place to anyone looking to stay near Orlando.

The townhome looks exactly as pictured. I stayed while visiting Disney, the drive was only about 15 minutes, which was very convenient. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable.

It was all around a great experience and made our stay even better just being there was amazing and really was so nice connecting with the outdoors. Thank you again!!

Junior was very responsive, always answer right away. The place was very clean, well stocked and was not missing anything. Spacious place, with everything in working order. Will go back next time I'm going to Disney.

Beautiful pool, very clean, comfortable beds! Only note is bringing your own towels, pillows, and blankets. There just isn't enough.

I will most definitely book again. The home was so beautiful and cozy.

I had the best stay, we were going to be a bit earlier than check in time and Jeff was willing to let us know if no one booked before us we can go in earlier he kept in contact with us. Gated community was very nice and peaceful. The home was amazing I felt at peace I slept very well and to get to wake up and go straight to the pool for a morning dip it was awesome. He had a binder with clear instructions and recommendations on things to do and where to go. I honestly felt at peace in this home thank you again for letting us stay.

Loved this home, in a tiny quiet neighborhood but not too far from the things we wanted to do. Tiffany was so quick to respond to my questions and gave us so many recommendations to make the trip more enjoyable.

I had an amazing experience at this vacation property! You can truly see and feel the care put into every detail as soon as you step inside. I'm incredibly grateful to Armani for her outstanding hospitality. From the beginning, her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even providing extra supplies as we weathered Hurricane Helene. The home was spotless and conveniently located near the parks. This is definitely my new go-to vacation spot. Thank you, Armani, for your kindness and generosity!

The pics of the house look good but the house looks even better in person. It’s very clean and charming, the beds are very comfortable and the location is wonderful. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the start of the Winter Garden strip so you don’t have to deal with parking, which can be difficult on the weekends. Steve is a wonderful host! He was very responsive and left us muffins, coffee, milk and water and even fresh flowers on the dining room table. All in all, we had a lovely weekend stay and I will definitely stay there again!!

stay was amazing. close to the parks and on down days we had alot to do with the 2 water parks so made stay more enjoyable then a regular air bnb. would recommend and would stay again

Great place to stay, located just a few miles from the major attractions and easy to get to with a car. Perhaps a little more dated than it looks from the photos but was very clean and tidy and everything you need is supplied, from bathroom towels to pool towels, a starter kit of essentials (toilet rolls, washing machine tablets, teabags, coffee, creamer etc. ) and a range of kitchen utensils and cookware. Overall a homely place with all you need for a great break and located near enough to everything you will want to do. Great communication throughout, easy to find and flexible checkin all made the experience that little better. Thanks Oton and team, hope to be back again one day!

We had a wonderful time at Carol’s. It was beautiful, spotless, and the location was great just what we were looking for. We had a hiccup in our travel plans and we checked in very late and she was still available for us to communicate with she’s a fantastic host. We will definitely be returning to her lovely home. We just came back from a great vacation in Orlando and loved staying at this place. The location was awesome as it was super close to all main parks and lots of amenities and stores nearby. The apartment was super clean when we arrived and had all the necessities for our family stay. Hosts were always responsive and very friendly and helpful. Only con is that it is close to a road so you can hear some car noise in the night but it was light and nothing that would keep you awake so it wasn’t an issue. We would def recommend this place for friends and family.

The place was very cozy the apartment was clean and very spacious but the blankets was stained. The bed had a good size specially the master room and in compare to other places this size beds exceed my expectations. The host was very helpful and friendly a place that I recommend for a family of 4-6
