The smallholding itself is a slice of rural Kent with free-range chickens just a stone’s throw away, you’ll soon be making some fairly unique friends. We have such a great location, Canterbury is just 10 minutes drive away and the trendy coastal town of Whitstable can be reached within 20 minutes.

The Quadrangle is a beautifully converted Victorian farmstead able to accommodate groups of 20+ for holidays, retreats, workshops, film shoots and more, just 40 minutes from London. It features beautiful gardens and a woodland orchard, a grand barn and open-plan living spaces, two well-equipped kitchens, two dormitories, four separate bedrooms and river for wild swimming. Please note we have close neighbours so can't host parties or weddings.
