Casa Moderna 60mt from the beach and 3km from downtown.

City Council take the whole family with good room to have fun. House near the beach (60 meters) on the same block as the beach, walk back and forth to the beach. Quiet beach with plenty of space for you and your family, nearby lake on the beach with sweet water. Quiet and pleasant environment without capacity of people on the beach and little supply of street vendors. Well ventilated and open house all with mosquito net. 2 indoor bathrooms and internal garage for 5 cars. Enjoy today and book your stay and enjoy the beach

-3 bedrooms being one with en-suite. - Ceiling fan. -Internet. -Barbecue grill. -3 parking spaces. -Great of grassy space for kids. - Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, oven and all kitchen utensils. -100m meters from the beach (within walking distance). -60m from a lake (for those who wish to fish). -Capacity : Maximum 8 people (3 double beds and 2 single beds) - Very quiet place. I don't offer room service, such as a sheet towel, etc...(but if there is an emergency), I can assist at the moment.

My space is near Supermarket, beach, main avenue, You will love it because it is close to the beach and on an island surrounded by nature, dunes, Adriana Lagoon with pedal boats and equipment for physical exercise and simple but very well cared for squares. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) furry friends (pets), has space in the back and in front where you can store cars or use as a leisure space; do you want to know? I don't trade my place for anything....

Fully renovated and equipped property, facing the sea and in a quiet neighborhood. It has a main house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen integrated with the barbecue. In the back, we have an in-law with a bedroom, living room and bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the living rooms have fans. The front of the house offers open spaces for 3 cars. The balcony house has full sea views and 2 hammocks. Windows with railings. Security cameras.
