Reservations are available for families. We completed remodeling of the bathroom, kitchen, and floor in May 23. This is a sea floor pension of Hwangto earth house located 3 minutes away from Yangyang IC on Seoul. It is a traditional Korean-style house with a large courtyard with lawns and wood burning agung and ondol. 15 minutes to the entrance of Seoraksan, 10 minutes from the entrance of Seoraksan. There are grocery stores and Hanaro Mart, so you can shop, and there are facilities for barbecue in the garden. Within 20 minutes, you can enjoy the mountains and river waters with five-colored hot springs and five-colored mountain excursions to Sole Beach and Naksan Beach. The lawn is spacious and in the summer, there is a kids pool in front of the terrace (July ~ August, heated pool). There are baby tableware and mobile smart TV. Netflix, Wave subscribed is on the mobile Smart TV. Polaroid cameras are ready for you. 4 Welcome Daily Capsules. No smoking indoors. Please be quiet outside after 22:00. ^ ^

The house is surrounded by pine forests, you can heal while enjoying the sea, mountains and countryside scenery, and it is moderately away from the village, so it is quiet. 2 Km from the property to Namyangyang IC, 100m away, along Route 7 on the east coast and the coastal road Haeparang-gil, there are three major ports of call in Gangwon-do, Namae Port, and the surf mecca population Jukdo, and the nearest Wonpo-ri beach is 150m away. It is easy to get to tourist attractions around the accommodation, so Jumunjin Port is 5-10 minutes by car, Gangneung is 25 minutes away, Yangyang is 30 minutes away, and Sokcho is 40 minutes away. Hello. This is‘ Sabu Jaanjis’. Our accommodation is located in a place where you can walk to Jukdo Beach/Dongsan Beach in 5 minutes. In addition, there is a large tabletop in the yard, so you can grill meat, have a drink, and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the countryside. It's the perfect place to bathe or surf, and in the fall winter, it's also a place to spend time in the warm underbelly. However! Since it is an old country house and there are fields, there is not enough clean feeling like a new pension or hotel. We are working hard to manage it and use it in a pleasant condition.
