Welcoming Comfortable Apartment with Beautiful Backyard

Relax in a space that does not double as someone else's home filled with all of their personal belongings. The 750 square foot guest suite is professionally cleaned down to the baseboards for each stay. Sometimes it is hard to control your own diet and/or food budget when living in a hotel. The gourmet kitchen features: * a full-size refrigerator/freezer; * electric stove and microwave; * chef's knife, professionally sharpened regularly; * extensive kitchen utensils; and * drip coffeemaker, with coffee packets and tea. Bathroom: * always immaculately cleaned * fluffy white bath towels * shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided * hairdryer, make-up remover wipes Whether you want to prepare for an important meeting or relax after a day of intensive sightseeing, you are in good hands! Please contact me for your reservation! You will have access to my beautiful wisteria and lilac filled backyard, to relax with your glass of wine or have a full dinner that you cook yourself or order in! I am right upstairs if my guest needs anything. I usually leave my phone number for my guest to contact me. It is close to many attractions, including a Michelin-rated restaurant, the Red Hen, Showtime Lounge, Big Bear Coffee Shop, Crispus Attucks Park, and Howard University. Bus rides are $1.75 anywhere in the city with a SmarTrip card: G8 bus (a 5 minute walk to Rhode Island and 2nd) takes you right in front of the White House and to Farragut North, Cherry Blossom festivities, downtown, DC. G2 bus (a 5 minute walk to U and 14th Streets) takes you to Whole Foods at 14th and P, DuPont Circle, (on Sundays, Farmers Market at DuPoont Circle) Georgetown Shopping Center and Georgetown University's campus. 80 bus (3 minute walk/2 blocks away on North Capitol) runs down N. Capitol and to H Streets to the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, stopping in Chinatown/Gallery Place. 90,92,96 and X2 (7- minute walk to FL Ave) runs along U Street and up through Adams Morgan and the Duke Ellington Bridge (a short walk from Woodley/National Zoo). The 96 and X2 buses continue to Tenleytown, not too far from Friendship Heights Shopping Center. The Shaw/Howard U Metro stop is a 10-12 minute walk. Direct access to Yellow and Green lines. North Capitol Hill Luxury Townhome in Perfect Location

Vibrant colors and geometric patterns elevate this chic home to create a stylish and inviting ambiance. The unit comes with a complimentary parking pass for on-street parking. It is a private space with its own entrance on the basement level. A full-view glass entry door allows ample natural light. The entrance to the unit is on the L St side of the house, lower level. No key is needed. An access code will be given to guests prior to check in. I live in the upper two floors of this three-level townhome. The Airbnb unit is on the lower level. Consequently, I am nearby and able to address questions and requests quickly. The home is in a fantastic location that makes it easy to walk to iconic locations like Capitol Hill and the lively Union Market. The Union Station Metro is also nearby making it easy to explore the entire city at a moments notice. A parking pass is available with the unit; please request it in advance and remember to return it. Additionally, non-permit parking is available near the unit in two-hour intervals M-F between 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. It is available with no hourly restrictions M-F 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. and on weekends. An outdoor security camera is located near the entrance to the unit and captures outdoor activity only.
