Design and comfort in Plaza de las Flores

This apartment is located next to Puerta del Sol, a few minutes walk from emblematic places such as Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, Sol and the great museums. The closest metro stops are Tirso de Molina, Sol, La Latina and Antón Martín. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building. The building does not have an elevator. It has 56 square meters, separated into 4 living-kitchen spaces, two bedrooms and bathroom. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, sheets, towels, duvets, bath gel, conditioner, shampoo, hair dryer, clothes hangers, cabinets, appliances (oven, ceramic glass, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster), kitchen essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper), pans, kitchenware and cooking pots. The apartment has high-speed WIFI throughout the house and 42”TV with NETFLIX and Chromecast. For breakfast we leave in the accommodation cereals, milk, coffee and tea, in addition to filtered water. It also has air conditioning and heating. All this in an apartment kept to the last detail and clean. The apartment consists of a living room-kitchen decorated in detail, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Our main room has a spring mattress with a high quality viscolastic layer (1.50 x 1.90), with two viscolastic pillows and different cushions for all tastes. Our second room has a spring mattress with a high quality viscolastic layer (1.35 x 1.90), with two viscolastic pillows and different cushions for all tastes. In the lounge-kitchen area we have one of the jewels of the house a very nice vertical garden. The bathroom has a hydromassage column with 4 positions so you can relax at any time of the day. A few days before your arrival we will contact you to coordinate the arrival time, we will also give you recommendations to get away from tourist sites where you do not eat well and charge a lot. Usually the entrance will be at 16:00 and the departure at 12:00 but if you need it and there is possibility (with the entry or exit of other guests), we can be flexible with these hours. For this we will need to be notified in advance. The Center is the most historic and cosmopolitan neighborhood of Madrid, a few minutes from Lavapiés, Madrid de los Austrias, Madrid de las Letras, Chueca, etc. It is full of life with many monuments, theaters and markets and with a good nightlife atmosphere. 50 meters from the metro of Tirso de Molina ( line 1), 4 minutes from the metro of Sol ( lines 1, 2 and 3, in addition to the nearby train), 10 minutes walk from Atocha (line 1 and nearby) and also a few minutes you will also find the metro stations of La Latina, Lavapiés and Anton Martin. Apartment renovated with affection and down to the last detail, so that you feel at home, in a cozy and original atmosphere.

Private Room in a Sunny and Luxuriously Appointed Apartment

Set a traditional dining table and enjoy a delicious homemade breakfast. Choose a book from a glass cabinet afterwards, and read on an inviting couch or in bed. Catch up on email on a computer by a picture window with views of a quiet neighborhood. In a quiet area of the city of Madrid (Arturo Soria neighborhood), just 15 minutes from IFEMA and 20 minutes from the airport by metro, I rent a private room with bathroom in a 90 m2 (1000 ft) flat. It looks onto a private garden and swimming pool which ou can enjoy during your stay in Madrid. WiFi and free national landline calls are included. If you are planning to stay for a long period of time (more than a week) washing clothes (but not ironing!) and room/bathroom cleaning are included as well. Metro entrance is just 1 minute walk from the building (line 4-ESPERANZA stop) and 3 minutes walk you can find buses number 120 and 122. You can get to the historic center less than half an hour. The building has an enclosed garden and concierge and it is easy to park free in the area. Just 2 minutes walk to supermarkets and a classic market where you can find everything you need, as well as little restaurants and bars for a drink. I am happy to give you tourism advice on the famous sights and insider's Madrid. The apartment is in the peaceful Arturo Soria neighborhood. Entrance to the Metro is a 1-minute walk. Reach the historic center of Madrid in less than half an hour.

Cozy Bed and Breakfast in the center of Madrid

If you're visiting Madrid and you want to spend wonderful days there, this is the perfect place. The house is close to all the relevant places and only a minute's walk from Plaza del Sol. You'd stay in the heart of the Letras neighborhood, known for being the cradle of Spanish literature. I'm offering a cozy room in my apartment with a double bed. The accommodation is located in the almond of Madrid within the belt of the M30, in Chamartin and a few minutes from the station, quick and easy direct access with the airport and communication with the Puerta del Sol in just 20 minutes. There are several metro stations and bus stops A safe and clear area. SUNNY & EASY ACCESIBLE BEDROOM

This is a room about 12 meters for 1 person, very sunny and comfortable. It has a 90 cm bed, a desk, shelf and a wardrobe closet. You can connect to the internet by wiffi. The House has 2 bedrooms more and also, a kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room. This very well connected with metro (station colombia) line 9 directly to Airport and buses that go to the Centre, Moncloa, Alonso Martinez. Also are reported with the Plaza de Castilla and Chamartin station.

Spacious and bright bedroom garage.

Independent room in duplex apartment, very well lit, very close to the large Madrid Río park and with good metro and bus service a few meters away. The atmosphere you will find will be totally friendly and family-friendly. Breakfast is included in the rental. Cooking is not allowed. You can warm up whatever you need, though. When the weather allows, you can use the pleasant terrace. It also has a full bathroom with towels and totally independent.

Designer apartment of 30 square meters and independent entrance to quiet street, a few steps from Calle Argumosa and the Lavapiés metro. The space is distributed in kitchenette, bathroom and living area with comfortable sofa bed. At the top of the living area is the master bedroom, with a double bed and built-in closet.
