It has a small living room, kitchenette with 2 plates, fridge and microwave, an en-suite bathroom and on the upper floor a bedroom with two single beds. You can add a third bed upon request. It has independent heating, hot water and all kitchen tools. It was a small dairy farm from the 18th century to 30 years ago. If the cottage is occupied, look at similar listings from the same Host. 100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.

Lovingly converted workshop in formerly Stallgbäude

The apartment is located in a 100-year-old barn of an idyllic, 26 soul village in the middle of (almost) unspoilt nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It is an area without superlatives. Everything very normal without big attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate about this area. Lots of nature, wide views and little distraction. It is a place where you can come to rest and draw strength.
