Perfect wedding guest space

Nicholas PeterRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We enjoyed the stay. It's in a quiet cul de sac backing onto fields which is great for walking. 2 minutes away is a small co-op and the local pub. The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. Parking is a little tight for larger cars but not prohibitively so. The garden is large and has a childrens play area. The kitchen has everything you need and is provided with dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and a bit of tea, coffee and sugar. We had the heating on when we were in and the house was warm and comfortable running off a single timer and thermostat. All TV is internet TV off a firestick so if you want to bungewatch Netflix or whatever then that's all simple.

Two bedroom thatched cottage, rural Hertfordshire

PeterRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A very charming former stables in rather quaint surroundings. The accommodation offered everything we required for our short stay and all the comforts of home. With two bedrooms offering plenty of room for two couples, the bedding was of high quality and a very comfortable mattress. The lounge area is designed for comfort, with a modern television if you so require it. The kitchen has everything you need if you wish to cook for yourself, however we chose to eat out and took advantage of the local gastro pub and one of the many close by restaurants. There is plenty of off road parking, which allows you to enter the house practically from car door to front door in just a few easy steps. Our host was very pleasant and helpful and we were assured full attention from herself and her partner should we need any. It was a truly enjoyable stay in the countryside, whilst only a short drive to Stevenage should you need to visit there.

The Old Hay Store, Ely.

Gb.Hibiscus@Gmail.ComRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Stayed 2 nights while visiting Ely with a friend. We both loved The Hay Store. It's very stylish and beautifully restored. spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The photos on Airbnb are good but as often the case, don't do it enough justice. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Ely. Good central location, easy and free parking, a great base to return to after a day exploring. We bumped into Rozane the day we left, very friendly, lovely to meet her in person before we headed off.
