4.93 out of 5 average rating, 197 reviewsSeaford centre, sauna, home cinema
Lovely house in a good location in Seaford. The kitchen is well equipped. The cinema room is good fun and our teenagers enjoyed it a lot. The bedrooms are nicely decorated. The en-suite in the main bedroom does not have a full wall or door separating it. Great communication, thanks for a lovely stay!

The house was in the perfect location, being right on the beachfront was beautiful. Simone gave us plenty of instructions and recommended places to eat that were in walking distance. We went to the old Plough and the Grumpy Chef, both delivered delicious food. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable! Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely house, it was just the tonic 4 busy mums needed to have some R&R xx

My family and I, including our dog, stayed for the weekend in October 2024. Our son had just started at Sussex Uni so a good opportunity to visit. Whilst the outside of the house is nothing to write home about the inside was fantastic and quirky which really suited us. Space is a little tight in the lounge but for the three, and occasional four, worked well. Bedrooms were all adequate for our needs and having two bathrooms was a plus. No outside space is a small negative, however, there is a large park leading to open fields only a short walk away. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the area and especially visiting people at the Uni.

4.92 out of 5 average rating, 111 reviewsA home in Saltdean by the sea
This was a lovely home to spend the weekend at while visiting Brighton. My friends and I chose this as it was near the sea and parking was no problem at all. In the centre it’s very restricted apparently. Andrea’s home is very comfortable, modern and well equipped for a group of guests. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the people that we met in Brighton were friendly. We enjoyed a walk along the sea and a lovely breakfast at the Whitecliff Saltdean cafe which overlooks it. During our visit, we went go karting, enjoyed bowling , pool, some great meals and drinks in the centre. We would definitely recommend this as a comfortable place for short and longer stays. Many thanks Andrea from all of us!

From start to finish Gabby was a great host. Lots of communication about the property, easy to follow directions, and the little extras like fruit, bread and milk make all the difference. A great little place that allowed us to relax whilst visiting our son.

We were three families, a total of 12 people, who stayed at Pip’s house for a week. The house is spacious, very well equipped, and perfect for larger groups. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice, and we enjoyed the walk into the city center. Pip is a very friendly and experienced airbnb-host, and she responded quickly to all texts. All twelve of us will highly recommend Pip’s house!

Guesthouse in Hawkley
4.97 out of 5 average rating, 177 reviewsDaily Red Kite Feed & Pool - Countryside Apartment
Marley and his grandparents are fabulous hosts who made us feel very welcome, were always on hand when we had any questions, and otherwise were very discreet. They went out of their way to be helpful in terms of providing lifts and offering to do grocery shopping and getting takeaways. The location is fantastic, in one of the most beautiful parts of Hampshire, with great walks right on your doorstep, and cozy Gastropubs within hiking distance. The property itself is very well equipped, with extensive grounds which offer a lot for young and old, including a large swimming pool, woodland trail and a treehouse equipped with giant teddy bears, laser tag, and various other games. The badger and kite feeding were naturally the highlights of the day, together with swimming.

We loved this place to the point e had many time there, as it’s feel like home to go and have an amazing time. Erick and Chris are the best host ever. All I can said it’s to book this place with not doubts. That is why I had booked my next time to stay there around Christmas! I can’t wait to my next holidays.

Genuinely one of our favourite places to stay, we're just working through the seasons to appreciate the beautiful house and grounds to their fullest. This time around we found the hammocks how relaxing!
Guesthouse in Grayswood
4.97 out of 5 average rating, 264 reviewsGrayswood Cowshed in stunning Grounds
Lovely place, furnished and decorated to a high standard and very comfortable. Beautiful gardens and very dog friendly. Loved the tennis court and football lawn. Great host and very helpful. The only negative was that the pool was not heated which I would have expected for September as the listing states that it is available in the summer. The kids did use it but didn’t stay in for long as it was too cold.
Barn in Battle
4.99 out of 5 average rating, 203 reviews➡️ The Barn House ⬅️ Swimming Pond▫️Jacuzzi▫️Chicks!
We had three night’s here - 2 families of 4 plus a dog. We had a great time, the Barn House was cozy and well equipped, the games room was a hit and outdoor space fantastic especially for the kids. James was attentive, super helpful and responsive to any queries we had. We especially enjoyed feeding the chickens. Beds were comfy and the barn had all the equipment we could ever need. It’s in a beautiful spot with amazing views over the valley. Would thoroughly recommend!

The Brickyard Farm Cottage is absolutely a gem! Tucked away in an idyllic little village, with private gated access, it is the perfect escape for relaxation with a lovely duck pond —with ducks!—hiking trails, and a a beautiful golf courses. Yet, it was also close to many attractions, pubs, and stores. Our host, Caroline was always available to answer questions. And her attention to detail was above and begins. The cottage was decorated with fresh flowers and stocked with eggs, milk, orange juice, coffee, muffins, bread, bacon and sausage, fruits, and cereals. One of the only airbnbs we’ve stayed at that did all this as part of the stay! We did day trips to Windsor castle, Brighton, Lewes castle, and the history WWII Biggin hill airfield to fly in a spitfire! All-in-all a highly recommended experience if you want to experience and authentic stay in the British countryside!
Holiday park in Pevensey Bay
4.97 out of 5 average rating, 115 reviewsPevensey Pearl Platinum Caravan /prestigious site
Booking with Shirley firstly had the advantage of not having to follow the Park holidays arrival days and length of stay which in itself alone was a godsend. Equally staying in a loved and cared for home provided so much comfort and homely feel, rather than getting an empty shell when booking accommodation via the park. it truly was homely. The well equipped kitchen another advantage as I didn't have to use/bring oven mits, a decent sharp kitchen kinife, tea towels or even my salt/pepper, these and many other day to dsy items were stocked for our use, which aren't normally and with no extra fee. Nothing could be easier and for us we were relaxing in the park within 90 minutes of leaving home. The park was quiet day and night and I had no concerns about security or neighbours whilst saying in Shirley's lovely home. We did boost the heating a few nights as encouraged to do so if needed, as Mum (86) felt a little chilly in the evenings, it was toasty warm very quickly.

Guesthouse in West Firle
4.87 out of 5 average rating, 641 reviewsSelf Contained Garden Studio near Glyndebourne
Cute little accomodation in Firle. Very easy to find - the instructions were very clear, you can’t go wrong. The dock is small but there is great attention to detail and perfect for a short stay. Great to have such a lovely pub nearby and was useful to have the pub’s breakfast menu in the room so to have an idea for the following morning. Would recommend booking the pub- the Ram- in advacnce cause it does get busy. Would definitely chose the dock again and would highly recommend.

We've been here countless times over the years. A perfect spot. If you love walking you’ll be in heaven. Whether its up on the Downs or a coffee at Rathfinney, the Wilmington Long Man, everything is walkable. Jillys cottage is lovely. So cosy. I never want to leave.
Cottage in The City of Brighton and Hove
4.91 out of 5 average rating, 220 reviewsA garden oasis in the heart of the vibrant city
We had a wonderful time in Brighton, our dog was happy with his own garden and everything we needed was available. If we visit Brighton again in the future we would love to stay here again. Parking in front of the cottage was a bit tricky, the problem being reversing into the driveway which had to do with a our car being a bit to wide but unless everything was very nice and we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you Susannah for making the cottage available and our stay as nice as it was
