We will look at and talk about Copenhagen's characteristic designs, buildings unique decoration, thoughtful designs, beautiful colours and the special layout and paving of the squares and roads of this beautiful capital. Furthermore you will be given an insight into the design initiatives Copenhagen is putting in place to tackle the climate crisis and the health of its citizens. Great private experience for solo travellers, couples or family/friends together! We will meet at the iconic Stockholm center. We will explore the expectations of your trip and your particular interests to then go ahead to different parts of the city and explore it, capturing unforgettable moments as we chat about the nordic culture. I won't force you to pose but I will rather be with you to capture natural and candid shots. At some places we will focus a little more on capturing you and your group and I will of course direct the shots to get your best you! We can also grab some beer, an ice cream or a snack and celebrate your trip. You will get between 20-40 professionally and high quality edited photos of your experience within 48-96 hours via Pixieset. You will meet up with your guide and the rest of the group at a central meeting point. After an initial welcome, all guests will be paired with their own easy-to-handle bicycle. After a few safety instructions you will ride on to your first food stop on the tour. Here, you will start off by having an award-winning hot dog in true Danish fashion. You can enjoy riding on some of the best urban bike lanes of the world, while riding on to your next stop. Next, you will visit one of the best food markets the city has to offer, where you will try a traditional Danish fish-meatball, as well as a locally brewed beer. This is then followed by a delicious Danish chocolate dessert called Flødebolle. Your guide will entertain with some storytelling while you enjoy your tastings. Your group will continue to a restaurant that serves some delicious Danish Smørrebrød, which are open faced sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients you can find. Finally, the group will try some freshly-made Danish pastries as a dessert to conclude the tour.

Do you know the taste of a fresh butter baked Danish pastry? A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. You can bring the rest of them home to share with your family. You work in stations of 2 so if you book this alone, please be aware that you will be paired with another baking enthusiast. But this is also a great chance to meet new people. Recipes: Very detailed recipes will be sent to your email after the class, so it is important that you leave your email-address. This also means that you can concentrate on the baking part and take great pictures of your lovely pastries. Children: From 11 years old are welcome in the class if with a paying adult. Savor the Nordic Flavors on Helsinki’s best summer island! Join us for a leisurely excursion around Pihlajasaari, just off mainland Helsinki. Known for its beaches, flourishing coastlines, and natural beauty, this island adventure also includes a delightful Finnish tasting experience. Highlights ★ Scenic waterbus ride to the island ★ Explore the local’s favorite summer isle of Helsinki ★ Savor Finnish flavors in nature surroundings ★ Unwind and connect with nature Tour starts at 10:15 A.M. front of Cafe Carusel in Helsinki. We'll leave the island on the 13:15 ferry, returning to the mainland by 13:30. You are welcome to stay longer on the island after the tour to enjoy its nature and the beach. ♥

This is an experience for you who wish to go foraging for mushrooms and berries in the beautiful surroundings of Stockholm. The tour ends with a truly tasteful lunch at a farm-to-table restaurant where your harvest will be prepared and served. I will pick you up by car at a location of your choice and take you to a forest nearby where the chances of finding mushrooms are the best for the day. In the forest, we’ll search for the delicious mushrooms and berries to pick. I'll be happy to share my knowledge of mushrooms, and guide you to the ones that are good to eat. After a while, we’ll pause for a “fika” and some small talk or to just listen to the sounds of the forest around us. The tour will end at a really nice farm-to-table restaurant where we’ll have lunch (included in the price) and where they will even prepare and serve our potential harvest, as a side dish. Vegetarian/vegan/gluten free dishes are available (search for Karshamra mat och trädgård for menu and more info). Although each tour is different, we aim at visiting the following highlights on our 3-hour tour: The King´s Garden, Nyboderne, The Little Mermaid, The Gefion Fountain, St. Albans Church, Kastellet, The Royal Palace of Amalienborg, Nyhavn, The Inner Harbor Bridge, the canals, Christianshavn, The Old Stock Exchange and Christiansborg Palace.

Seasonal variations will be offered, for example, we Can bake ginger bread and Saffron buns closer to Christmas and during the year there are some other variations. Cinnamon and Cardamon buns are the base. I will introduce you into the whole process of making supergood buns and to conclude we take a coffee or Thea and eat some of what we have made. Don't worry if you can't pose, I will direct you, but the poses will still look natural. We will meet at Riddarholmen (near the ships), and take a walk around this beautiful islet which offers a great view of the City Hall, picture-perfect views of Södermalm and features a gorgeous church. After, we will go to the old town, where we will take photos in colorful cobbled alleys, a beautiful hidden square, and we end up at the famous square Stortorget. This route features stunning architecture,, and I will be photographing you in the most flattering light available. Feel free to bring a change of clothing if you want.
