Collect chicken eggs or feed the rabbits to fell as a real farmer. Then we go to the tavern where I'll explain how the remains of grapes produce schnapps. We will meet at Þingvellir national park, where the two tectonic plates, the north american and eurasian, are drifting apart from each other. Silfra is a fissure in between the two plates and has the clearest water on the planet. This makes Silfra one of the top dive sites in the world. I will help you get suited up in the drysuit and explain how to use the snorkeling equipment. Followed by a small briefing about Silfra fissure and how everything regarding the snorkel works. The activity in the water is about 25-30 minutes. After we get out of the water we walk back to the car and enjoy a warm drink and some snacks. Other things to note You must send all participants Height (cm), Weight (kg) and Shoe size (EU). This is very important so I can pick the right size of drysuit for you. Please meet me 10 minutes before the start time. If you arrive 15 min after the start time of the tour, you can not participate.

We will show you our squero (our gondole laboratory), where we restore and handcraft gondole. After this brief introduction, we will teach you how to row with ancient techniques and show you how to use the oars and other tools in order to have a safe and accurate rowing experience :) This experience is suitable for everyone and at any age.

Snorkel in Iceland at one of the top dive sites in the world, situated in Thingvellir National Park, only about 50 kilometers from Reykjavik. Silfra fissure exists due to the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates separating around 2 centimeters a year – leaving a rift in the landscape between them. This rift is filled with glacial water from Langjökull glacier that has been filtered through lava fields for decades before reaching Silfra – making the water exceptionally clear and drinkable. Drysuit Wearing a drysuit makes snorkeling in 2-4 degree Celsius (35 degree Fahrenheit) water achievable – without experiencing the cold. With a thermal undergarment and the protection of the drysuit, you manage to stay dry and warm. Wetsuit For our more daring and adventurous participants, who are after the ultimate Icelandic snorkeling experience, we usually recommend snorkeling in a wetsuit. You will have more mobility and are able to dive a little under the surface to explore Silfra up close and personal. Incredible visibility and views Experience the incredible visibility exceeding 100 meters, along with the breathtaking dramatic sights as rays of sunlight stretches its arms through the pristine waters, touching the rocks and algae growing on the walls of the canyon. Or watch as the snowflakes melt on top of the still, see-through water on a cold, crisp winter day. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. Second step will be about cutting the dough, through a special and old technique of more than 600 years, called "mozzatura", learnt from mozzarella chefs. After i will give you a local starter. This part is very important for you to understand the high quality of products that everybody should use while cooking. Finally we gonna make the Margherita pizza! I will show you how to stretch out pizza dough and add ingredients on top like only a pizza chef does. I'll explain you each ingredient but a little focus more on our juicy San Marzano tomato recipe. Last step we will cook the pizza in the neapolitan oven. I'll give you many info's about that and you will also put your pizza on the plate. lasagna is one of the best dishes in Italy. We will teach you how to do it! It will be a very fun experience, our teachers are waiting for you in our cooking school.
Also will learn how to make Spaghetti! We will be in San Frediano, the school can be reached from any point of the historic center even by walking. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. We will show you how to cook sauces to season your pasta. During the experience we will offer you the wine that I produce in my organic farm, make with natural method. Wine will be served at mealtime. If you want to drink during the lesson you can buy some bottles at our shop before the class. After preparing the pasta, we will set a table and eat it together the pasta that you have prepared, like an italian family. To finish, we will also taste a delicious chocolate dessert. All of you will received the recipes with our secrets. Generally the course lasts 3 hours with about 12 people per group, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique experience

Enjoy Fettuccine and Tiramisu making cooking class in the heart of Rome where you will learn how to make Fettuccine pasta from scratch and our famous Tiramisù from simple and fresh ingredients. You will discover the recipe and the secrets of this popular dishes and you will have the chance to ask questions our local chef expert in the Italian cuisine. Greet your chef at the established restaurant in the heart of Rome. Just wear your chef hat and your apron and you will be ready to work. First, you will start to make your own pasta from flour and eggs, the chef will show you which kind of pasta you can prepare with this recipe. Once the pasta will be ready, you will proceed to the Tiramisù making using all ingredients and tools needed. When the lesson will be finished, just choose your topping sauce (carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, alfredo etc.) have a break and relax yourself with a good glass of wine and the restaurant will cook for you the fruit of your labour!

Our experience consists of a 52-foot (16-meter) boat ride along the banks of the Douro River from the Douro marina, Gaia - Afurada, to the Ribeira area, one of the most tourist and historic sites in Porto, also passing by the banks of the the city of Gaia where the oldest port wine cellars are located, returning in the opposite direction to the north where possible and with navigation conditions, it passes through an exit to the sea! This tour lasts at least two hours and may, if you wish, extend this time. Guests can bring food and beverages, we have drinks refrigeration outside, we also have plates, glasses and cutlery available if needed!
