I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products. Our adventure starts at the first bar, which is a less noisy one, this is located in an historical city center area. We can enjoy pre party atmosphere and drinking with other travelers!! Secondly, we are going to another bar that is located inside of the city, and where you will enjoy a more active nightlife atmosphere. You can find many different types of alcohol in a range of reasonably prices, so let's get involved! Third place, this is the first club in our tour where you will dance to all types of music and genres. Lastly, will be our last stop of the night where you'll have free VIP entry and something to drink inside (usually a shot). First, we will start our trip in Chefchaoun walking through the historic blue houses by foot. Our trip starts from Chefchaoun to Akshour. Here we have a number of options to get to the national park area of Akshour, roughly 15km away. Option 1- We can take a local shared taxi which you pay individually per seat in the taxi. This costs roughly 25 dirham. Option 2- For any adventurous and thrill seeking people we can hire quad bikes from Chefchaoun and ride the quads through the moutains having oppoutunites to stop and take incredible pictures along the route. For prices and enquiries please ask for more information and note that this isn't included in the price stated on the current link. Option 3- If you have your own car then you are more than welcome to use this and we can travel freely together through the mountains stopping where you please for pictures and views along the way. When we arrive to Akshour we will have the option of visitng the waterfalls, Bridge of god, and have the oppourtunity to relax and take in the spectactular views. Once complete we will then come back via the transport chosen and our adventure will finish. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

We will leave Granada in our car, in about 20 minutes we will arrive at the base of the Sierra Nevada National Park, it is the largest national park in Spain, where we will walk approximately 8 kilometers (5 miles), On the way to the route we can see the Mulhacen, the highest peak of the Iberian Peninsula with 3479 meters of height. Since our opinion is the most beautiful and complete route of Granada, the route is divided into two parts. A part to walk right next to the river crossing a canyon, this is a fun way and crossed four hanging bridges, the largest of them is 65 meters, we will have to bend over and grab the rocks in some parts. This is a bit of fun and adventure, but very easy. The other part will walk on the mountain, in this part the views are incredible. We will contemplate the city from the points of view. In the afternoon experience, we will stop at a viewpoint to watch the sunset. From our point of view, one of the most beautiful sunsets in the city, as we will see how the Sun hides behind the mountains and the city. Nos encontraremos en el mercado de Ruzafa (en la puerta exterior de la parte marrón) a dos minuto de LaLlarga. Entre sus puestos repletos de productos frescos y gente aprenderemos juntos a Ramon, guia oficial del ayuntamiento, como comprar los mejores productos para nuestra paella. LaLlarga està en apena 3 minutos andando en un paseo agradable por las calles del barrio mas bohemio de Valencia. El local era un antigua carniceria convertida en uno de los locales mas emblematicos del barrio, presente en Lonely Planet, Guia AD , tripadvisor y en muchas publicaciones mas, LaLlarga serà para las horas de nuestra clase un lugar estraordinario donde estar juntos. En el antiguo banco original de marmol prepararemos los entrentas, el la barra bar y el cepo de madera probaremos el agua de Valencia, que haremos con naranjas frescas y unos vinos locales. En el medio del local nos dedicaremos a ella, la indiscutible reina de la gastronomia Valenciana: la Paella! Sin estress y de forma facil e intuitiba iremos aprendendo como cortar los ingrediente, en que orden ponerlos y como dosificar todo bien para que se cumpla la magia. Una vez lista la comeremos juntos y nos conoceremos aun mas!

Are you ready for the adventure? Starting at Central Market, where we will try a typical snack, we are going to conquer one of the most beautiful castles in Spain in front of the sea which has more than 1000 years of history. We will descend to the historic center enjoying the most important monuments and discovering the seven secrets. Let us surprise you with the beauty of my hometown and with countless anecdotes, history, legends and intrigue. Finally we will visit a terrace in a bar run by my childhood friend, located in a historic location, and you will be able to taste my favourite typical snacks as well as a typical Spanish drink! WHAT'S INCLUDED: 1 bottle of water, typical snack at Central Market , shuttle bus transfer to the top of the castle (5 min trip), guided tour and free entrances to all the monuments/museums that we are going to visit, and special snack and one drink (alcoholic or not) at one of the best locations in Alicante. Other things to note We will walk approximately 2 kilometers and there are some stairs. Morning bookings, starting until 14:30, we will taste the central market´s snacks inside of the market. Afternoon bookings, the snacks will be offered at the spots outside of the market, because inside only opens morning time.

My goal is that at the end of the tour you will not only see some of the most beautiful and meaningful sites and also less well known great spots, but also understand their deep meaning and how modern Madrid is the result of a series of unexpected events, conquests, successes, catastrophes and contradictions that create a unique urbanism, heritage and culture with great impact in Western culture.
