Spacious Master room designed for AirBnb guests. Tastefully decorated with a King sized bed, and space for travellers to enjoy. Offering a clean, friendly and easy-going experience. Have a look at the 180+ reviews on my personal profile if you want to check out previous guest experiences, before you book. You get clean towels and your own set of keys so you can come and go as you please. Private off road parking and check in is from 4pm with no limit nor is there a night time curfew.

Large two bedroom open plan bungalow with sauna

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Free Parking-Twin room near bus-walk to The Downs

A slight Brighton themed room with options of either 2 single beds or I can push them together to form a double, or even tuck one away to leave one day bed. There are lovely views of the Downs. Bus stops 5 minutes away run every 10 minutes to the centre of Brighton. You can access the Downs from our back gate. Easy going fun family home. Please note that I am not in the centre of Brighton so a bus journey is required!

Provides the best of both worlds: close proximity to town (bus stop 2 mins away - 10 mins to city centre) whilst situated in a tranquil residential area having beautiful views of the Downs, free parking and a short walk to Fiveway's coffee shops! Gorgeous Brighton Bungalow

My place is close to public transport, the A23, easy access to restaurants and dining, stunning views and walks and relatively close to the beach (Approximately 15-20mins down the Dyke Rd). My place is good for couples, families, small groups and well-behaved dogs. Master bedroom is with a super king bed and bath/ensuite. There is a utility room downstairs with shower and separate WC.

A cosy open plan house with lovely views over the south downs, well situated with easy access to Brighton town centre and the sea (10 mins drive) or a bus/cycle and also 10 mins to lovely walks on the south downs. 3 mins to Asda and to independent shops in 5 ways. Quiet area with free street parking. Lovely garden and terrace. Just a nice place to be in Brighton!

This comfortable bungalow being situated in Southwick makes for an excellent low cost visit to Brighton and surrounding areas as it's easy to travel in (train or bus both direct, cheap and quick) but cheaper to rent and away from the noisy aspect of the city! You also have the choice of the quieter end of the beach!
