A fantastic and unforgettable boat trip to discover the breathtaking sea caves and the famous cliff of Polignano a Mare, visiting the whole coastline from North-West to South-East, enjoying especially the view of the sea cave with a restaurant inside "Grotta Palazzese", the islet "Scoglio dell'Eremita" and the beautiful sea cave "Grotta Stampagnata". A unique informal experience taking about 1 hour, with an experienced driver-guide, who will reveal some secrets and legends hidden behind such unique natural beauties. After our welcome we’ll offer you a no alcoholic drink with fresh fruit if you prefer and you will also enjoy our pool waiting for the beginning. As soon as we’ll be ready, we’ll begin with our traditional cooking lesson where our mothers and grandmothers will show you all the techniques for making Focaccia, handmade pasta and cheese. They will teach you all the techniques of the past and you will have to prepare everything with them. When every dishes will be ready, the focaccia will be baked in the wood-fired oven and you will have dinner with the products of yourselves made (Focacce, Orecchiette and Formaggio) and also other traditional dishes we will prepare for you. Obviously water, beer and wine are included. My mother-in-law, Grandma Tetta makes home-made pasta since she remembers it: orecchiette, minchiareddhi, tria, sagne 'cannulate, with love and dedication unchanged over time. Certainly her hands work better than mine and he especially likes to explain this wonderful art to young and old people! You will learn how to made the orecchiette with grandma Tetta a.. a woman of the past, I recommend do not make her angry! Then after the workshop we we ll go on terrace for a tipicalsalentine dinner: from antipasto to sweets, with two kind of pasta: sagne ncannulate e orecchiette. We are a B&B too, so if you will drink to much wine, don t worry, you could stay in our cozy room ! Armed with board, flour and water, we will make together with our guests Orecchiette, a typical Apulian pasta shape. We will cook them following the traditional recipes, with fresh scattarisciati tomatoes or with cime di rapa (turnip greens), depending on the season. In addition to ‘’our orecchiette’’, we will taste a typical Salento menu consisting of tarallini, frise, cheese, mozzarella, legumes and vegetables that we could also have the chance to harvest from our home’s garden, depending on availability. There will also be a good bottle of Salento wine on the table and the liqueur made with laurel leaves collected from the great hedge of grandparents’ house. Narrations and explanations on the history and traditions of Salento will accompany the culinary experience. We start an evening with the preparation of the dough of PANZEROTTI a typical delicacy from Apulia and in the meantime we see how to prepare SPRITZ. When the dough grows we taste Italian aperitivo: Spritz, OLIVES and various types of TARALLI. After we prepare the most famous dessert in the world TIRAMISU! Per i più piccoli, è anche prevista una caccia al tesoro, integrata nella visita guidata.

Ti porteremo nella nostra stalla e nel nostro caseificio, dove ogni giorno mani esperte trasformano il latte in delizie casearie. Il nostro tour inizia con una descrizione storica della Masseria, successivamente visiteremo la stalla dove si trovano le mucche, attraverseremo il caseificio ed entreremo nelle celle di stagionatura. Con l'aiuto di un esperto realizzerete con le vostre mani mozzarelle e burrate al momento. Al termine degusterete un delizioso aperitivo con vari prodotti tipici accompagnato da un buon bicchiere di vino.

Non si tratta di una cena ma di un viaggio! Metti insieme il cibo tipico pugliese, il vino di nostra produzione, il vigneto, abitanti del posto da generazioni, il panorama sulla Valle d'Itria, il tramonto tra le colline e una compagnia internazionale, il risultato non sarà facilmente dimenticabile. Inizieremo con una passeggiata nel vigneto in cui parleremo della storia della Valle d'Itria, delle tradizioni locali, della coltivazione dell'uva e della sua trasformazione in vino. La tavola nel vigneto sarà ormai apparecchiata. Si inizia un altro viaggio, quello tra sapori e profumi del cibo e del vino. La cucina è quella di nostra madre, nata e cresciuta in queste terre. Cinque antipasti saranno accompagnati dai primi due vini, seguiti dalle orecchiette fatte a mano poche ore prima. Infine le tipiche bombette cotte al fornello come da tradizione. La cena è quindi un occassione per abbianare i nostri migliori vini, bianchi, rosati e rossi, in una vera e propria degustazione. Non mancherà un dolce a base di mandorle e i nostri rosoli. Imagine an evening of walking through the beauty of Puglia and its vineyards, tasting its wines and unique flavors. We meet at the Fasano train station, from there through our organized transfer that will bring you in our family farm, in the Martina Franca countryside, in the heart of Valle d 'Itria (departure from Fasano train station at 17.45). In our farm we will start our Wine Experience: we will walk through our vineyards and tell you about their history, cultivation techniques, information about grape varieties and our terroir. Directly in the vineyard overlooking the valley or in our taverna-cantina we will taste 4 wines from our farm Trulli il Castaño. We will accompany every wine with a typical homemade appetizer for a light dinner.
