The lodge was stunning, beautifully decorated and furnished, lots of space. The kitchen was lovely to use and the lounge area very comfy. The porch area was well furnished with a choice of seating areas. A lovely place to stay.

A delightful and charming one bedroom cottage, beautifully decorated andlocated in the heart of Helmsley, minutes from the main square. Louise and her partner were the perfect hosts being both friendly and attentive to our needs. The cottage is attached to the main house and the garden shared with the owners but this was not a problem for us. The kitchenette contains a kettle, toaster and small oven/grill (not really big enough for cooking a main meal - but Louise said she would happily put something in her oven if needed). We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay in Judy’s place. We made last min plans for our York break. The comms were prompt and very clear. The house itself is private & yet just 20-25 mins to drive into York. We could reach all local attractions quite easily. The rooms are tastefully done & my family enjoyed our stay. The welcome cookies & bottle of milk is highly appreciated. On the last day my kids got to play with their friendly family dog which they will surely cherish for a long time . Totally recommend Judy’s house & we will surely return.

Stunning location, incredible walks both from the house and short drives away. House was cosy and warm and the underfloor heating was lovely to come home to.

Woodview cottage is located on a working farm, amidst open fields and woods which are host to birds and wildlife. There are lots of opportunities to walk, and you would be sure to see hare and pheasant on your rambles. I counted close to 20 species of birds in the woodland. The peace and quiet was wonderful, as was the opportunity to observe the workings of the farm. The cottage was well appointed and warm. Jane and her family were amazing hosts. Highly recommended for guests looking for a taste of authentic country life in the UK.

We had a lovely couple of days away in Lincolnshire, the house was well equipped with everything needed. Stewart met us on arrival and ran through some information on the property. We enjoyed exploring the area and very much enjoyed some relaxation in the hot tub!

Had a great stay. The lodge was very well appointed and clean with everything needed for an overnight stay eating in to break up a long journey. Dianne is a good communciator and answered my questions promptly. Highly recommend place to stay.

Absolutely charming cabin, everything about it was peaceful and cosy. The resort was pristine and overlooking a very pretty lake and the cabin was right on the water with a lovely comfortable conservatory to sit in and enjoy the view. The cabin had everything we needed from great TV set up to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for self catering. We have two young kids so I particularly liked the abundance of clean towels and blankets. Margaret was really helpful and attentive, the perfect host. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay here. Absolutely nothing to complain about! Spot on and such a beautiful home. On arrival you even get a bottle of Prosecco. There’s little essentials already given to you like coffee, ice, towels, shampoo etc. I loved the stay and I 100% recommend if you are looking for a quiet break and stay. Our favourite was the luxury hot tub:)

We stayed there for 2 nights to explore Lake District , it was great stay , Anna was quick on all query and place was so clean and spotless , my 4 year son loved the place , very peaceful and easy to access , highly recommended

Family friendly caravan on a lovely peaceful site in the countryside next to the beach - lots to do close by Comfy beds with quality bedding - thick pillows, soft duvets and lots of extra blankets if needed Soft towels provided and lots of spares available if needed Strong WiFi in the caravan and simple to use heating system Lovely to have a king sized bed rather than the standard double you usually get in caravans Very clean and homely with plenty of amenities such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid, tea bags, board games, child bed rail etc Welcome hamper upon arrival of biscuits and jam which was greatly appreciated Spacious bath which was a luxury, especially with young children Caravan is at the end of the site so feels private and tucked away, large decking area and nice outdoor seating Popas bar is at the entrance to the site, reasonably priced food and drinks and great to sit outside on a warm day/evening Hope to return in the summer!

Caravan was fantastic, hot tub was brilliant. Great location and view, it really was a home from home. Everything you need is available in the home. Tara went above and beyond, really responsive, friendly and flexible. The caravan was decorated for Easter and the eggs and sweets for the kids were a lovely kind gesture. We all had the best weekend!!

The loft is beautiful, very high quality in everything there. lovely view, and very peaceful. Short drive to town. Our hosts were quick to respond, very friendly. I would stay again for sure.

A great place to stay, clean and tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen that it was a pleasure to cook in. Would definitely choose again if returning to area. We spent much time simply watching the sheep, chickens and horse :) An ideal getaway.

We had a lovely few days at the caravan. Everything was perfect. John answered very quickly with any questions I had. The only negative I have is there is no number on the caravan.

Really enjoyed our two night stay. The apartment was in an excellent location - eight in the doorstep of the market place near to pubs, cafes and parking. It was handy to have the long stay car park ticket to use whilst we were there - saves us a few pounds I am sure! The apartment was warm, cosy and felt like home from home. Bed linen and towels were fresh smelling and super clean. Having added extras like an air fryer and tea towels etc were super handy and appreciated. Thank you to Christine for a lovely stay.

Caroline’s house is beautiful and stunning views over the countryside in every direction. Would recommend visiting Lumsdale waterfall which was a great afternoon out. We had Sunday lunch at the Tavern which is 5 mins walk. Fabulous food and lovely staff who made us very welcome. Gulivers Kingdom is 15 mins drive and the kids had a great day there. We were lucky to have some good weather and spent time in the garden which was very peaceful enjoying the views. Caroline is a great host and was most helpful with local knowledge. The grandkids loved meeting Caroline’s horse Tilly. Would highly recommend this beautiful house we had a great family holiday making lovely memories.

I only stayed for one night but wish I could have stayed longer. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped property ideally located near the M6, Lake District, Eden Valley and walkable to Penrith town centre. Easy to find and check-in. Would recommend.

My second time at this property. It's perfect for a little get away with the girls or couples. A beautiful home with lots of space & entertainment within the house. This property is always my go to for a small group getaway

Absolutely excellent cottage, idyllically quiet, not a sound but birdsong! Saw a deer in the garden, ducks, blackbirds, pigeons, cats, squirrels, doves and magpies. Whole cottage was very homely, warm, spotlessly clean, great shower and wet room, wonderful conservatory; nothing was missing for our great 4 day stay. Only 15 minutes from Woodhall where we saw the Andre Rieu show at the Kinema, and we love Woodhall Spa anyway. Ideal in every way. Thanks also for the lovely welcome pack.
