We had a great stay in this lovely property. We were provided with everything we could ever need for our short stay. Lovely homely decor, a large sunny enclosed garden (which was great for our dog). comfy couches and beds and a lovely welcome pack. This is probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in and we would definitely book again. The wood fired hot tub was also a massive bonus as was the wood burning fire in the lounge. Amy was really responsive to any communications and was a great host.

I highly recommend this beautiful house in a quiet and peaceful location. Jill was an excellent host, helpful and informative and the house was spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. The surrounding fields had newborn lambs and free range chickens which added to the atmosphere. if you come across this property when looking for a place to stay, look no further and book it immediately.

My partner and I visited the cottage in early June. Not only were the photos a true reflection of the property, the attention to detail that has gone into the cottage is beautiful. The cottage is in an ideal location, with several local amenities within walking distance. Communication with simply booking was both swift and concise. The only issue from our time spent at the cottage was when we were in the hot tub and laughing, a nosy male customer that had parked in the car park of the nearby pub peered over the wall of the private garden making that experience uncomfortable.

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. The place is beautiful and looks just like the photos. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff who took is the property at check in and showed us around. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful spacious house . Thomas gray house. Great location. Grounds really nice. Even used hot tub as weather was sunny and warm. Jerry had made sure that was ready. Kitchen lovley. Bedrooms really nice. Tv in every room. Games consoles grandkids made use of. Lovley family house. Would go thete again no problem. Jerry thought of everything very very good host.

What a lovely place! So glad I found it and would love to revisit! It was absolutely stunning! By far the nicest place I have stayed! The properly was beautiful and it was very clean! The views were stunning! Sam was incredibly helpful with booking, directions and getting access to the property! I don’t think he could have been any more helpful which made the process so easy and straight forward! It has everything you needed and we can’t wait to come back!

A fantastic property with a high quality and luxurious finish. Peaceful, with the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, despite being extremely close to shops and bars. Stayed with my three kids. Enjoyed the hot-tub and garden. The place was spotlessly clean and all of the appliances worked perfectly. A great sleep in very comfy beds, next to the sound of nature. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Cottage is lovely and in a great village, a short walk from a friendly pub that serves great food. Good base for travelling to the lakes and some lovely walks locally. Cottage is very warm and welcoming and our host Liz was brilliant , clear communication and very reactive.

Extremely comfortable cottage in a lovely, pretty location. Very well equipped kitchen, great shower and very comfortable bed. Very clean and own parking spot was a bonus. Great comms from Brittany and excellent local recommendations. Looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend.

A spotlessly clean cottage with a secure private garden and just around the corner from a couple of pubs and an Indian restaurant but still a very private location in this lovely village. Nothing to complain about and we felt very good value for money. We stayed for four nights and are very happy to recommend the cottage.

The cottage was absolutely gorgeous very clean, well presented and had everything we needed. We had the best time away with our toddler and dog and would recommend to everyone, we hope to visit again in the future! The location was perfect, lot's of beautiful walks around and just a short journey into Cartmel which we enjoyed visiting for the day. Can't thank Anthony enough, his communication was great and overall just a brilliant host.

Great little place, as described with a lovely homely feel. Ulverston has a plethora of pubs and restaurants to spend the evening at, with some delicious food options. Used the town as a base for exploring the Lake District over a weekend, and will return.

Thank you to Kathryn and Richard for allowing us to stay at their beautiful cottage. It had everything we needed for nice relaxing stay including a fireplace, comfy beds and amazing views. Our children loved the chickens and goats. The location was great for exploring the area. Would recommend the restaurant Rind to anyone staying here- so good we went back a 2nd time! Kathryn and Richard were both so welcoming throughout, from initial booking, communication was great and were available to contact throughout our stay. We've had a lovely long weekend :)

This small but perfectly formed house was just the place to stay when you need a few days break. Inside was warm and cosy with everything you need. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. Julie our host was very responsive and was very helpful with clear checking in instructions. We didn’t get time to walk much but noticed that there was a walk by the canal just outside the garden and we managed to walk to the pub one night - you do need a torch if you do this. A great bolt hole for anyone wanting peace and quiet. Would highly recommend.

This was one of the loveliest cottages we have ever stayed at The decor was beautifully done with loads of useful extras. Wonderful location 2 mins from the beach and St Peter's church 1 min away. Great meals at the pub across the road. The village is so quaint and people so friendly. 2 nights just isn't enough so we will definitely be booking again. We had a fabulous stay here for 3 nights. The location is very quiet and peaceful, which was perfect as a retreat after busy days in Manchester and Liverpool. It’s only 30 minutes from Liverpool, so perfect if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and close. The house was clean and tidy, exactly as described. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. Great find!

This is our third stay at Emma's place and we always love it and the village with our dogs. looking forward to coming back if she'll have us!

Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

2nd time staying at Delph Cottage and I can not say one single bad word, overall I would rate the place 10/10. Chelsey has been extremely helpful both times.

What a beautiful cottage! It retains all the charm of its long history, while offering up-to-the-minute amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and pristine, with fresh white linens, and everything you need and more to begin your stay. Behind the house is a private garden and terrace, overlooking miles of fields and trees. We found peace and tranquillity here.

Lovely place to stay, very clean. Hosts were friendly and very responsive. It is out the way due to it being off the road, so it’s nice if you want to relax in private. List of places in the cottage to eat/ drink that are nearby which were handy as we don’t know the area at all, the restaurants were within 10/15 mins driving distance which we didn’t mind driving too
