The ocean view from the living room is amazing. The place is perfect for one person or even a couple. It was so quiet and relaxing. Sean was a great host. Responded so quickly to my questions. The place was also so clean. Excellent Cleaners. I would absolutely come back.

Michelle's place is cute, cozy, and perfect for my visit with family. I enjoyed the quiet location, the walks on the beach and the beautiful surroundings. I hope Michelle hosts me again.

Me and my two kids had a wonderful stay here while we visited family nearby. It was a perfect little space with a gorgeous layout. Lots of light and views of the surrounding fields. Close to the beach and also Portsmouth. The host was very helpful with everything and we were right at home. We had everything we needed and it was very peaceful. I hope to stay again!

Booked Billy’s Beachside Bungalow in Rye NH for a three night stay, and couldn’t have been happier with this choice ! To start , the hosts were very responsive and helpful Any correspondence was met with an almost immediate reply . Upon arrival , discovered that we were situated in on of the most beautiful stretches of the New Hampshire coast . The area was quiet and serene ( October ) with a small park and beach across the street Lots of walkable space to enjoy the views which were incredible. Although quiet , this spot was still only a quick 10 min. trip to Portsmouth and 20 min to Kittery Maine. The property itself was well maintained and easy to find. Upon entering the Bungalow , we found ourselves in a tastefully decorated and clean space with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Attention to detail was obvious, and it was clear that guest satisfaction was paramount. We hope to stay again soon !
