South West guesthouse is located right in the heart of Keflavik within a walking distance from everything our little town has to offer. We are on a quiet road 2 minutes from the main street with good variety of restaurants, cafés and shops. Keflavik harbour is across the road and it takes less than 3 minutes to get to the beautifull coastline path where you can enjoy a walk along the coast with a fantastic view over Faxafloi bay. Located 5 minutes from the airport makes it the perfect choice.
“Amazing place to be. It was the best end to our trip, with jacuzzi termal bath included. Karen made a delicious cake, Johann prepared to us the jacuzzi bath, both are really kind. The house is beautiful, only 5 minutes to the airport, comun area is wonderfull, with netflix and most than you can need, beds very comfortable... definitely, everything better than perfect.”
Studio apartment with private entrance is located in really beautiful and peaceful Keflavik area. The studio has a view on the ocean and is located close to the international airport in Keflavik, Blue Lagoon and still only 35 minutes driving to Reykjavik. The studio has a kitchen and private bathroom and free parking
“We had a great last night before our flight. The cookies and the breakfast were so nice and thoughtful. The bed is amazing and the room was neat and clean. Would definitely recommend.”
The house is situated in a little community not from Grindavík, which is about a half an hour car journey from Reykjavík and 20 minutes from Keflavík airport. There are very few people living in this area with more people living in Grindavík itself
“I can’t recommend Sólveig’s home enough. Even though it was a short drive from Reykjavík, the location could not have been better. Her home was spotlessly clean, the ocean was only steps away and the hot tub was absolutely perfect. If you’re going to Iceland, you must stay at her place. While there, we did the Golden Circle tour and the Blue Lagoon, which is only a 10 minute drive from her home. I can’t recommend her place enough. Stay here, you will be glad you did.”
